Griezman is not a winger though, in fact I think France after 1st or 2nd game in Euro switch from 433 to 4231/442  so that griezman can play as striker

I meant to say 3-4-3. Bats creating space behind him, if need be. Would be unreal, haha.

2 goals + a missed empty goal. Normally, that will be a good day at the office for a striker. But when you consider his lack of a football brain and how many times he loses possession in the final 3rd, how many times he misplaces passes and how many times he completely loses control, (which had a negative impact on the team), he's still a liability. He already has 3 bookings already

Give Batshuayi 90 mins. Let's see what he can do. Next season, get rid. Afterall, he's not Suarez, Aguero, Lewandowski or even Higuain or Benzema. Bring in Morata. If you can't control yourself and behave like a normal human being, Just go back to Atletico.

Come on now. He held the ball very well the entire game and scored two goals. His movement throughout the game was excellent. Best player on the pitch and you're calling him a liability? Nonsense.

FASTEST TO 35 #PL GOALS
Andrew Cole (41 games)
Shearer (42)
Torres (52)
Phillips (52)
Van Nistelrooy (55)
Costa (58)

Keep talking the same nonsense as usual, meanwhile he will scoring goals.

He´s a mistery to me, on his day he can bully any defence and score goals, its great he has 4 goals in 4 games, exactly what you expect from your front man, but his attitude lets him down more often than not, already 3 yellow cards in 4 games and other team players will always try to wind him up and get him sent off,  that´s something he will face every game and he takes the bait when he shouldn´t, and he should avoid complaining a lot to the referees, because it gives them the motivation to card Costa. We all love to hate him or else he wouldn´t be Costa, but only if he could focus on his game and not picking fights he would be even more class. Cheers

The thing about Costa is that he has fantastic movement and he scores goals but his general play is below par. I think a lot of the times, we struggle to create chances because of Costa's poor first touch and lack of awareness very negatively affects our build up play. You often see Willian or Eden trying to play quick 1-2's with Costa but they never come off. A counter-attacking set-up is the one in which Costa will absolutely kill it but our possession based play does get negatively affected because of Costa's gameplay. That said, after suffering through the whole Torres saga, it's just nice to have a striker who you know will get you the goals so love you Diego.

In all honesty he is the last one to be picking on if you are looking for a scapegoat. I would be more worried of the fact that him and Hazard are the only ones to be lighting the spark in attack at this moment. What does Willian add to this team really? Apart from work rate and a successful cross or two? Cuadrado's loan back to Italy looked like a stupid move from the beginning which I did not understand. Under Conte I bet he'd have added a lot more than Willian in the attacking areas, but I guess it was his choice to go back to Juventus, rather than Conte forcing him out on loan again. Then it's Matic who adds absolutely nothing offensively and Oscar who is the biggest enigma in world football. Maybe in a team where more offensive players would get involved in the game, Diego Costa would have less pressure, but when him and Hazard are pretty much the only players expected to be carrying the team on their shoulders when it comes to attacking play, then for me there is no wonder his antics get to play a big part so often.
