Mourinho is a motivator, take what he says with a grain of salt. He also called Ozil the best no.10 in the world.

Your wrong, cause if he didn't believe it he wouldn't have gone after him.

Why not? he was available and relatively cheap and exactly the type of player we need. His mental qualities are next to impossible to assess until you work with him.

That's assuming you believe that Cesc is actually a competitive personality... I know I'd LIKE to believe that but I'm not so sure he is.

He probably is that but think it just needs to be fortified. After all, Wenger couldn't win anything for 8 years and even at Barcelona, trophies were hardly coming by easily in his time there. Bound not to be strong as it should and if there is a manager out there right now that can turn a player into a winner, then one would trust Mourinho to do so.

I'm just not 100% on this. Need to see it before I make a true assessment.

edit:

in different news... what a difference a month can make:

The moment I saw him with the Blue shirt and saw his facebook and twitter accounts all Blue, I was a goner.

It seems like my hate is too soft, hahahahaha.

Same here. Hated the little shit's guts when he was at Arsenal. But can't deny he's talented as hell, so I'm happy to have him now and don't even mind his ego.

In other words, Spain's team is a right mess. I wonder why Pique abandoned the session.

That explains why Fab left the session early, then. But it's not the first time I got the impression that del Bosque and Fabregas didn't get along, and I'm not really surprised to hear that Cesc was upset about his small part in the WC. Silva was terrible in both games, but del Bosque keeps starting him, for some reason.

Hardly a surprise when he also kept on starting Casillas despite his costly errors against Holland and Chile.

"I didn't remove Cesc's bib. It was a minor issue. There [sic] side was outnumbered and the team was down. I looked to Xabi Alonso for support. Nothing happened. I am grateful to them. I think about everyone and they think only of themselves."

"The thing with Cesc is a training ground issue. Pique was out and that side had been weakened. We simply asked him to change his bib to even the numbers and that's it. Not to take his ball and go home. All of the players have come with us for the match and yes, I said that the coach thinks about everyone and every player thinks about themselves."
