zolayes 14,489
probably the biggest plus so far this season
Gilvorak 3,734
Fantastic performance but he still needs some polishing in his concentration & passing. His poor header let Sanchez in remember. Him and Stones are among the 5 best in their age group.
Oscar 441
That tackle on Walcott near the halfway line after he had slipped... But it kind of shows you that with a smarter attacker, that chance would of been executed.....ZOuma has a long way to go tactically. Good game today though

The Skipper 20,609
Zouma has played against smarter strikers before like Aguero and he kept them quiet.
Jase 43,479
they can dribble, unlike walcott who kick run Had that turned out to be the case, the situation would have panned out differently altogether and Zouma may still win the battle in the end. Anyway, doubt Walcott did much wrong in that situation. Given that he's quick, he would have fancied himself to outrun our backline especially when we were high up the field at that point of time. Zouma did what he needed to and he did it brilliantly, showing great recovery and composure to win the ball back.
jasonlol 154
him and john stones would complement each other so well. A back 5 of courtoisazpi-zouma-stones-baba would be immense zolayes

Unionjack 7,531
God I love this lad. They must have practiced that goal yesterday loads. And having a target the size of Happys head running into the box must be great for anyone taking the kick. The Bridge went bonkers when that went in. Great feeling.I'm very pleased with how hes come on. I admit I wasn't chuffed that we kept him instead of him getting experience on loan but Im very happy he didnt go and I admit I was wrong. The experience hes had in training with the lads (as RLC is now doing) has trained him in the way Chelsea plays. Its now time he starts and Im still praying one day we manage to pair him up with Varane. That will be one good days pissup. Blue_Fox_

Hybrid Angel 2,130
Pretty much a nailed-on starter now. Fully deserved. Kurt is a future captain.
Blue_Fox_ 2,086
as an italian it hurts to see so many good french defenders coming through while we seem to be completely clueless on how to develop players properly anymore. That said, Happy is quickly becoming one of my favourites Chelsea players! Patience and hard work can do wonders.and i got fucked in saying that buying stones would have made him suffer. he deserves these chances and he is showing that he is as good as stones right now.just hope he gets the positional sense or that JT helps him with that. but normally, that part of the game develops with experience. Stones and Zouma together has Ferdinand/Vidic potential, if not Terry/Carvalho. killer1257, laura90, Blue Colored Sky and 1 other
robdog 2,084
let's talk about the MOTM. No it wasn't DC, it was Young Kurt Zoumaarguably that tackle in the first half against Sanchez, who was about to streak to goal, saved the match for CFC. Yes, it was before the Gabriel send off. lucio
didierforever 7,349
Can't we have both? Stones and Zouma together has Ferdinand/Vidic potential, if not Terry/Carvalho.cos GC is a better defender than both. and given that stones would have cost 30+mil, he would have started. zouma would have been turned into a tactical sub/tactical change in mid for yet another year.
