Jase 43,479
Need to win this game to secure 3rd place and automatic qualification into the Champions League group stage next season. Otherwise, we would finish 4th, which is not wanted, or find ourselves having to face Arsenal in a play-off for 3rd place as stated here, which again is not wanted.Let's win here and end the season on a high. :cfc:

Luke 60
Lets get the job done professionally and make 3rd spot ours, hopefully there isn't any euro hangover.I see Terry starting in place of Cahill, Moses in place of the suspended Ramires, and Ba in place of TorresDoes anyone know how fit Hazard is? Jype 6,398
Last game of the season, hope we can win and seal the automatic Champions League group stage qualification. Hope we don't end up with identical points and amount of goals than Arsenal, wouldn't want to face them in a play-off match after the stressfull season we've already had.Anyone know if we'll wear the new kit for this one? The Skipper 20,609
Hoping for a Chelsea and Arsenal win - can't stand Twattenham. I'd have:CechAzpilicueta - Luiz - Terry - ColeMikel - RamiresMoses - Mata - OscarBaPossibly have Ivanovic in over Azpilicueta who might be tired or in over Terry if JT can't make it.Let's get a win boys. Come on Chelsea!
Shogun 721
no idea what team we will put out tbh.If it's full strength then it'll be:--------------------------Howard-----------------------Coleman-----Jagielka----Distin ---Baines--------------------Gibson------Fellaini-----------------------Mirallas-------Osman-----Pienaar-------------------------------Anichebe-------------------Fellaini might swap with Osman but that's the line up we had last Sunday anyway. Waterfall 893
Even if we drop to 4th, playoff won't even be that bad because Milan will also be seeded. Our lineup should be very similar to today's simply because we lack options
Bir_CFC 3,455
Not bothered, would love to get 3rd but even if we get 4th our UEFA co-efficient is so high we'll get the easiest play-off draw around.
yuvala 2,167
Hope we can win this to avoid play-offs..Woudlnt be so bad to lose it but it would be nice to end the season with a win.Hoping to see Lamps and Mou announced after that!

Shogun 721
Aong with being the only opposition team to win at Goodison this season, that obviously means you're the only team who can complete the double over us as well if you win.

After a gruelling season i don't know what was in the minds of the board to add another 2 games to our schedule. With the weirdness of this season, i do genuinely think we will end up in a play off against Arsenal. Its just so obvious if you think about it.

Its just so obvious if you think about it.we do not need to cancel them. They bring welcomed money and cos there are no regulations we can simply send some youngsters to USA. This is a showpiece, everyone knows that and I am pretty sure this idea of buying European teams for post-season matches won't get popular anyway, so we do not really need to perform there at all.
