Its a lot lot harder to replace a whole board than a manager. And how many big teams truly listen to their fans anyway so we are not exactly that different.

And rightly so. Fans are fickle as fuck. The board 's job is to keep the club financially healthy and try and give the manager the tools to win trophees.

Not to appease the fans.

I love when people say 'sack the board' but don't say exactly who they want to sack and who they want to replace them.

Well said, mate. Another one of those threads where people post memes and slate Rafa /Torres to hoard precious likes. Not to mention patting one another one the shoulder saying how talented we are etc. :)

Even though i'm half joking, i like Seb, he knows a lot about football and scouting in general, but i'm not so sure about these two..

Jesus christ, James Morrison is going too far, although Steven Fletcher is a lot better than i thought he is. Actually a good poacher, and somehow feeds of scraps for Sunderland, still though i doubt he would be a good signing for us.

i was trying to be serious here,do they listen no.we would all love lamps to stay, nothing from the club or board.

Sure they listen, it's not like they get somekind of satisfaction pissing the fans off, but i guess they are trying to the best thing for the club financially.

Lamps might be worth a lot to you or me. Somehow, at 35 year-old he is not worth much to others.

Chelsea have paid him well over the years. He have achieved much, played his best for the club. The club must move on & look for his replacement, I feel.
