In my humble opinion, Di Matteo archivement is the biggest when it comes to coaching. Del Bosque won the EURO? Indeed he did, but with the best team in Spain's history and with some of the most boring games I've witnessed. I don't want to be taken as some internet football expert who shits on every success, it wasn't an easy thing to do...but when you look at it from a logical point of view, I do make a fair point, and it's absurd to pick any other then Robbie.

As for the best 11 no comment...Marcelo? Really? Ahead of this man?

But it makes sense to pick him up in order to balance out the team more towards Madrid

He scored 91 goals and had 22 assists in a single calendar year. If he didn't deserve to win it, then no one did.

And in my opinion (and most people would agree) he is the best player in the world right now, and has been consistently for the past four years. Therefore, he did deserve to with it four years in a row. No one else has been anywhere near his form over the past four years. They shouldn't award it to someone else just because Messi already won it the previous three years.
