Fernando Torres

If he does not score then this guy gets criticised. If he does then he gets the same treatment just because he did not celebrate against the team that made him a star.

Honestly what do you think Drogba would do if he ever scored against us in a semi final? Just give this guy a break. I know we all don't want him next season but jeez don't ride the the I hate Torres cycle just because he did not celebrate.

Exactly. Bunch of women on here, shit.

Thought he did OK in the game but like I said before last weeks game, he should of been kept away.

Semi fucking final of a CL tie and on the verge of going to Portugal and he decides not to fucking celebrate because 'It's his old club'????? Fuck right off, and then to wave and clap at them......This blokes head is fucked, too much of the old pals act and namby pamby ways because of an old club.

Next stop just buy a horrible, dirty and aggressive twat this summer who wants nothing but to score goals, piss off the opposition and annoy every team in the land because nobody likes him.

Fernando Torres, you will not be missed.

And you complain about other fans being plastic. Unreal. Would you have said the same thing if it was DD? :clown::clown::clown::clown:

How can I argue with a Torres fan boy? It's like using a condom with a pin prick in it.

He's right though. Neither Drogba or Henry would have celebrated in similar circumstances. Even Ronaldo didn't celebrate against Utd last season and he's one of the most egotistical and self-entitled players in recent memory.

Blaming him for not celebrating against his boyhood club where he's still idolized is beyond pathetic.

Him celebrating in the SF of a CL game against his former club would not of resulted him in becoming shot or executed would it? Is it a lot to ask for this man to show passion for once? I'm old school, goals should be celebrated no matter who against, no matter the love or feeling between the two. Are you telling me if he had celebrated against Atleti last night he would been booed off by them?

Your notion is your notion, but mine is one of this bloke is a soft touch and far too worried about upsetting his fellow supporters who idolize him.

You know what I say to that? Absolute fucking bullshit.

Torres has had my praise when he deserves it over the years, he has also had my criticism but when he has been on the pitch I have never vocally slated him because from the stands he is a Chelsea player and I am a fan. But the long and short of it is he is a complete and utter fucking crank. Forget last night for the time being and focus solely on his career here and it fills me with nothing but annoyance and regret we ever signed him.

Hate is a strong word, but I actually think I hate Torres.

The hatred is deep in this one. Not even going to bother. Such a nonsensical rebuttal wow.

He has been attacking a lot of players since yesterday, except his god Jose.

i dont care if he didnt celebrate after goals to his ex-teams. because 1, that is pathetic argument. and 2, as long as he scores goals and play good in the near end of the season, that will surely increase his price tag no? :D his dribble, his goals at big game, im glad he proved he isnt completely useless striker and that will attract buyer. That's the important thing!

Meh...anyone complaining about Torres of all players after last night is simply looking for a poor excuse for what went wrong.

Nope. What went wrong is individual errors and beaten by the better team. Torres is spoken about because believe it or not at the top of the page, the title is.....wait for it.......Fernando Torres.

I don't think there's anything wrong with him not celebrating against his boyhood club and team that he grew up with. He did come through their academy, captain them etc. so there's nothing wrong with that there.

What I didn't like is how he kept hugging the Atletico players but hopefully that's a sign that Atletico will take him with open arms. His time here is done hopefully.
