Fernando Torres

There was one exchange late on when David Luiz looked to spring his colleague clear. The pair were not on the same wavelength, Luiz protested, Torres shrugged his shoulders.

Skrtel (CB) has scored 7 PL goals this season. That is three more than Torres PL tally and the same amount as him and Ba combined in the league. Ridiculous really. Sums our striker situation up laughingsmiley001.gif

I'm not disagreeing with it but what would actually posses any team to see anything in Torres? Surely there would be some adviser actually saying to the person buying him.."Do you fucking actually know what you are doing, or buying"

I think there are always enough managers/presidents who are looking at some star player and thinking "this guy was good and now he's bad because it's this Club's/coach's/fans' fault, and with me he'll be back to his old glory days!" Overconfidence, wishful thinking, prestige issues whatever, and because of that there are always enough "wtf were they thinking?!" transfer. Sure, Torres case is probably beyond everything we've seen in football in recent years but if someone is still willing to risk it - all the luck to them :)

I've pre-booked his flight and paid for me it myself, he just has to tell me where too.

He should be told as soon as the season ends he has no future at Chelsea and if he stays he will be seeing out his contract training alone.

Infact, this should have been said in 2012 but as Beigl said better late than never.
