Mourinho said: ‘We know Torres’s game. When we see Torres with his back to goal surrounded by two or three opponents, we know that he is not going to produce a piece of magic. But this is Torres. We want the team not to learn how to play with him, but to improve how to play with him.

GOODBYE TORRES IN JANUARY ...

Jose Mourinho has vowed to fix Fernando Torres and transform the £50million striker back into one of Europes most feared sharpshooters.

I think Benitez tried and did not work.

He might have his season wonder like berbatov and malouda, but that's it for him.

He never said that. Such a misleading headline.

Unbelievable Sky Sports.

hmmmmm

The club tried that last season and look at the season we had.

Does the club not realize that this guy is way past it?

The difference is that last season the club viewed the striker situation as Torres or bust...I don't think we'll be so dependent on Torres this season.

Remember guys, Jose said the same to Kaka when he came to Madrid and we all know what happened... Quality bench warmer :D Read this basically exactly the same as what he is saying atm about Torres.

Some whispers coming from Spain that the club have today rejected a loan offer from Valencia for Torres. Just finish the Rooney deal and offload this cunt, even on loan.

A loan to a Spanish club could potentially be excellent for us. If he succeeded, it would be much easier to sell him next year for a half decent amount but if he stays and sits on the bench we're even more fucked with him than we are now.
