LukakutoStamford 779
I hope people stop "feeling sorry" for this fella or try to defend him, he's a disgrace.Broke down our attacks countless of times, never made the right runs. We were basically playing with 10 men on the pitch to begin with. How this man earns £175k a week is disgusting. All you had to do was look at Benteke who is on 60k a week to see what a proper striker (target man) does. Torres is committing grand theft. haranr and The Skipper

Popular Post! Ainsley Harriott 2,732 Posted March 15, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted March 15, 2014 Dude... Just... Dude... Get the fuck out of Chelsea. Seriously. I hate going in on players like this, but you need to fuck off ASAP. You're not even bothered. Defender gives you space and ou do one of two things: 1) run into him or trip 2) shoot, half-assed, against him. You can't even cross the damn ball. Even worse, despite all the shit you do, you have the fucking nerve of COMPLAINING when people don't pass you the ball. I'd rather have Emile fucking Heskey, at least he wouldn't steal 12M a year. I'd rather give our youth a chance, surely can't be worse. Couldn't give lesser of shit if "make runs" or "work hard" or "won us corner" (in wich he fell btw) or are "unlucky". STOP WEARInG THAT BLUE SHIRT. A meltdown if I've ever had one. haranr, The Skipper, duo11bluecl and 2 others
The only place to be 11,313
Just needs to go. Lacks the quality, seems to have completely lost whatever it was that made him exceptional and finally reaching an FFP-friendly point to sell. MrExcalibur100 7,124
What? Nobody has blamed Hazard yet for not passing to him? Ok, seriously. The signs were there that he was already a busted flush at Liverpool. 9 goals in his last 26 games the season we signed him. I don't know what the fuck we were thinking. I remember saying to myself after he limped off injured in the World Cup final, "It will be a very bad idea signing this guy, he's lost it". But Roman wanted him and wasted his money, a'la Shevchenko. Hopefully from now on, he leaves the football decisions to the football people. He was never even THAT good to begin with. Only one season in his entire career above 30 goals. His 22 goal tally with us (most against shit opposition, only 8 in 38 in the league) last season was his second ever highest tally! But because of his apparent good looks, because of his apparent nice hair, because he was Liverpool's number 9 and whatever silliness, he was immediately heralded as the "best striker in the world" by the British press and the ever hyper-fanatic Liverfool fans, despite being so dependent on his pace and being desperately one-dimensional. From Neil Ashton's article on Whoscored 2 seasons ago:"At Chelsea, as they attempted to solve his (Torres) poor form, the coaching staff conducted a study of his 81 goals in a Liverpool shirt, and discovered that 56 of them (69%) had their origins in a through ball, usually from Gerrard or Alonso." That's crazy, and it shows how dependent Torres was on the final ball to be a good player. Torres is no Suarez, Eto'o, Aguero, van Persie, Cavani or Falcao. Never has been. He can't create space for his shot, his close control in tight spaces is poor and he can't run a forward line on his own like Drogba. Now that the pace is gone, he's basically a much poorer version of his previous overrated self. That doesn't explain the lack of care though. His attitude (or lack thereof ) stinks. We have 8 games to go in the league plus one/some CL games, depending on what happens against Galatasaray. Personally, I will prefer if Jose doesn't play him from now till the end of the season and he fucks off back to Spain. Thanks for the goal against Barca and the one in the EL final, but leave before you destroy yourself any further. GZ25 45
If I'm his agent, I will absolutely advise him to stay until his £175k/week (last-chance big retirement) contract run out by June 2016, even if the club treated him like Malouda.Let's just enjoy 2 more seasons with him... CHOULO19 24,332
Decent in the first half, absolutely hopeless in the second. I get Jose's decision to start him, in fact, I said that he should start before the match, but he really needs to find his start of season form if we are to have a chance at the title.
