  1. 1. Who Is Your Man Of The Match?

Torres spent most of the game standing in an offside position. Ramires and Azpilicueta were outstanding, the rest were average/ poor. Moses should have come on earlier, we have completely lost the ability to see out a game which is worrying.

Jesus Christ. This is why I usually steer clear of the forum after a game.

Yes..... RDM clearly doesn't have the balls to bench him for poor peformances, so I guess the fans can force the issue and help the coach know torres is terrible.

This is chelsea fc not torres fc. Out of 46 touches today, 26 were turnovers just shows how useless he is and on top of that he can't score and earns 200,000pounds a week. What the hell?? Does he expect mata to score for him in every match and not once in a while bail us out like hernandez or dzeko?

I hope you guys don't. His character isn't as strong as Drogba's....Once he realizes the crowd are on his back, whatever's left of his form will dry up and we'll have to suffer till will we get a replacement.

I would never boo a player but I don't understand why he's getting more support than any other player. He needs to stop sulking and man up. We will have to suffer? We've been suffering for two years.

Luiz is good but not consistent, he's shit in some situations (e.g corner marking)...

Because we still managed to win without him in the team today hahha. ;). Your point is totally and utterly inconclusive until we actually win a fucking game without him in it...

To all the people moaning about Marin. Don't expect much from the guy, he was not bought to be a starter. Robbie sees him training everyday, so obviously he's not good enough to play. Well at least I'm ready to trust him.

I just want to say, that there might be more to it than "RDM doesnt have the balls to bench Torres". He may be under strict orders from the board to play Torres...

Maybe, i think its more the devil he knows is better than the devil he doesn't.

I think its getting clear that one striker comming will not be enough. Even if Falcao comes, he will have bad form or injury or...Who will step up then? Torres will obviously go far away by the time and Danny, well he is just useless with the ball. Chicarito comes in game and scores. Danny will never be like that.

So, two strikers should be priority. Say im spoiled, but what we are lacking most is scoring goals. Falcao/Cavani and Jovetic/Suarez would be perfect. And what is with the weird subs RDM is making???

At least Hernandez gets a half or 30 minutes, unlike Sturridge who gets 5 minutes at the end. Parallel worlds really.

We don't need to sign two strikers at all.

Or, unlike us, he sees the players train, and has insight into everything, so there could be a slight chance that he is more capable of putting a starting 11 together than us. :halo:

There's only 1 positive we can take from this game and that's that we didn't lose. When Suarez went through, i was resigned to him taking it round Cech and winning it for them, the sigh of relief when Cech got there, damn. January can't come soon enough, we have a history of the January striker panic buys, we need to do it again. We did the double over them in 05, 06 and 10. They did the double over us in 09, 11 and 12. At least we kinda stopped the rot. Next time we play them, we really have to beat them, this run of not beating them cannot continue. They aint even a good team. Still.... another point better off than last season in the same respective fixture. We do rely too much though on the 3 youngsters and us not having the 20 goal a season striker will cost us great things.

And you shouldnt loose 6-1 or whatever the scoreline was that City beat Man U to..and they were title contenders right till the last kick..okay it was last season but still. And they always seem to turn up for the big games...may be shite but they dont have all that bad players.

City drew against them...so that would leave Man U as they only team who are capeable of winning the league...

Manu lost to a City team that was, on the day, world class in a once in a life-time match. Liverpool were excellent against city at the start of the season; they played their best game so far against them. While we face a below average Liverpool team and lacked the character to take all three points; the kind of character that Utd showed yesterday to come back from 2-0 down.

Of course I'm not saying that whoever beats Liverpool wins the title, it's not about Liverpool themselves but about the side that we faced today, and today they were very weak and we couldn't take advantage of that and that is why I don't think we can 't challenge for the title with results like this.

That wasnt really my point. I just suggest (and I think) that there is more to it.

Btw I dont really understand your point, because if I was the manager I would at least give Danny a chance no matter if he would act like a complete asshole in trainings (which I seriousley think is VERY FAR from the truth), simply because we've tried with Torres for so long and he just keeps end up being crap. Or even with Moses there, Or hazard... or SOMETHING ELSE than that blonde..

And we weren't up to scratch today. It happens - we're in a bit of a slump and sometimes things don't go your way, exactly what happened today.

Other positive is that Azpi had an excellent match and Ryan proved that the Shakhtar match was just a fluke.
