Would be a real shame if he went, but with Ivanovic seemingly first-choice and Wallace and Kane coming up then it might be a possibility in the summer. But I'd be surprised if other teams weren't monitoring his situation.

Tonight showed how much of a classy player he is. In a unfamiliar position at LB and he completly bossed it . Hardly anything went behind him and even though he was disadvantaged by being played on his weak side made great link up play in the final third and help stretch their defense when we had the initiative. Something an actual full back can do instead of a CB that's being put there.

He must play regularly.
