I don't get this comparison game... Its so ridiculously immature.

People! for the last time. Footballers aren't robots built the same way with the same desire and strength. Yes Neymar has played more games than Oscar but what is required of him in those games? is he asked to run around like a box to box midfielder and work extremely hard at both ends?

Is La Liga as physically demanding as the Prem?

Does Barca play the same style as Chelsea?

Stop with these ridiculous comparisons its so immature and shortsighted. Every who's watched Oscar play the past few years and deduce two things, he's worked like a dog and needs a break AND that he needs to improve and find some consistency.

exactly.

same amount of games doesn't really equal.

I see it as when one is on the treadmill. Both people can run for 30 mins, but one guy is at higher resistance and incline than the other guy. Doesn't mean it is the same because they essentially run the same amount of time.

Its not about the games played or the minutes accrued, a goalie plays more minutes than most players and fatigue is never an issue. It has everything to do with your role in the squad and for every player and every team its different.

I have to say that people talk about Oscar's first half of the season as if he was playing Hazard level each game.

This was not the case IMO.. In a lot of the games he looked kinda average for most of the time (better than the 2nd half of the season still), but the difference was he was scoring.

I cant figure out what exactly the problem is since talent is obviously there.

I wouldn't like to see him leave. I'd like to see what he can do next season.

Meanwhile in 2031:

"Do you remember his amazing games against Juventus?"

Apparently, this guy will live all his life of this games. I'm surprised that in the last 3 pages don't appears his goal in Stamford Bridge against them.

I rarely hear anyone mention that game, People would rather talk about how he destroyed Swansea, or his beautifual assist against Man United and oh yes his goal of the season against Qpr.

The problem being is we are talking 'flashes' of Oscar rather than how good he was as a whole. I'm not a hater of this lad nor am I prepared to say he will be brilliant next season, what I will say is right now he is being suffocated by Willian.

Don't know which one of us posts more rubbish and childish posts honestly. Also who are you talking about? Turan? I already explained why i dislike him even before you quoted me. Only reason i didn't bother to respond to someone like you is because, you're not worth it. I don't mean it as you're posts are bad but the way you always feel the need to attack users over different opinion makes it pointless to try and make a conversation with you.

I swear sometimes you get so angry over someone else opinion, one would think this is not a place for all Chelsea fans to gather and spend some time to talk about the team.

dude.. there are a lot of options if u feel this way. put me on ignore or rather just ignore the posts i write. you dont have to quote me telling me to not write in the oscar thread again, cos as far as i remember thats exactly what happened, did not it?

well, i am not banned from writing in this thread and i would like to exercise my right to write (just like in the turan thread).

Agreed.

Peace expecting Neymar and Oscar to be physically equal is beyond me to be honest - not even considering, like you said, different leagues and styles.

In addition to all that, Neymar has a free role in the NT while Oscar is asked to do what he's asked to do at Chelsea.

Take Fabregas for example, he ended the season for us the same way he ended all the seasons in his career - tired.
