'Oscar can play in number of positions. We are blessed with players who can play in multiple postions. He can play in the number 7 role. Again he is not going to be a old fashion winger. He’s not that style of player. He can play in the number 10 role. He can also play in the 6 and 8 role. Where Lampard and Obi play. He isn’t ready to play in the number 6 or 8 role yet, but it’s something he has. The number 10 and 7 he can play in those positions the most.' - Eddie Newton

Saw this on twitter. Will probably be Ramires who we see playing in the Pivot then rather than Oscar for the time being

Im not watching but he can't be playing too badly after having given to assists. How is Ramires doing in the double pivot role?

Oscar's playing just fine actually. He could have had 3+ assists if Neymar didn't miss a sitter of his own. I just had to mention that miss cause it was pretty bad lol. Ramire is also doing well but this is one of the most lopsided games I've ever watched. It's almost like Brazil has 100% of the possession.

Ah ok haha, I suppose its not too hard to work in the double pivot role if your team has nearly all the possession. Nice to see our players doing well though. Has Luiz been tested at all or is it basically a walk in the park for Brazil's defence?

My grampa could be the defense and the keeper!

Oscar is doing great, but tbh its not much of a test.

The only times Luiz had to run are when he rushed to celebrate Brazilian goals.

China's been absolutely dreadful

Maybe Brazil should try a similar tactic to Spain, but instead of not having an out an out striker, they could take away the keeper and play five in midfield haha. A good rebound from a strange game against South africa.
