Oscar isn't better or worse, both suffer from terrible and deep consistency issues... But being more flashy and grass always being greener Coutinho's shortcomings are often overlooked. If Coutinho played here he'd be as slated as Oscar if not more. All that said, I'm not sure if you're serious. If he overcomes his inconsistencies he'd be better than Oscar simply because he's more daring, bolder. Can't say amongst the two of them who has better chances of leaving inconsistency behind them...
