didierforever 7,349
KDB must have been laughing to himself senseless when Mourinho placed faith in Oscar as his no.10 and forced KDB out the team. Just beyond ludicrousy. This manager has ruined our club and all our players are regressing under him. It is actually sad.to be fair, a lot of geniuses on here thought this was a very good move. didierforever 7,349
You forgot the most important bit - "Oscar provides balance to the team".how could I!!!and the DJ version of this "anyone with half a brain can see the balance he provides to the team". Tomo 21,751
how could I!!!and the DJ version of this "anyone with half a brain can see the balance he provides to the team".The thing is, when the team is playing well that's exactly what he does, in the first half of last season, the team firing, he did the donkey work and provided a respectable amount of goals, and when you have Costa scoring, Cesc assisting and Hazard on world beating form, thats ok.Oscar is the type of player where his strengths come to the fore when the team Is performing but when the team isn't, his flaws become apparent, glaringly so in fact, he is what he is. Not enough difference makers in the squad. Hazard is the only one and that's it.

Jase 43,479
Yea.. Matic seems like he's coming back to his 2014 form though so perhaps he's not a one off here. We'll see about that when he becomes consistent again. But on a general level, I don't see him as a difference maker. It's really quite depressing when you see the squad we have now and the one we had previously. With the latter, we had so many leaders and difference makers - Cech, Cole, Terry, Essien, Ballack, Lampard, Drogba etc. If the team suddenly slack off, you can bet at least one or two of those players will take charge, rally the troops and be a difference a maker. Now, there's only Terry and if he doesn't do what a leader does, then no one else steps up to take responsibility. All of them are just going through the motion and doing nothing. El P. 1,354
I think we have mega-good connection with Juventus. They will want Cuadrado on permanent deal, and they were interested in Oscar. For 50 millions, let them have both.I would even take Marchisio in some swap deal.
Blue-in-me-Veins 4,067
We won't get out of our slump until this lad finally shows up for the season. Had a good game vs Swansea, and done fuck all since. We all know Chelsea go the way Oscar goes. January can't come soon enough.
