PSG Vs Chelsea

This game will be a good prep for the next one against the MLS all stars, certainly a harder test. MLS players will play with a lot of energy, but they won't be a true team, just a bunch of guys trying to make a play.

I'm going to call Marin "The Marinador" from now on, as he soaks up all the energy around him like a salad soaks up a marinade.

(No idea where this is coming from considering he's not playing.)

we are bit sloppy, off pace. Build up play is a joke, just no urgency. Hope Ramires and Marin will bring us an extra bit. Hazard wants to be number 10, but the only thing he does there is playing passes, everyone could play and trying shots or tricks that simply do not play off. Still don't know who told him he would be a playmaker, but the search goes on

John Obi Mikel is not good enough.

Too slow, too clumsy, just shit. I've been saying this for ages, i said this when he was playing well last season, Tiote is a thousand times better than him.

Kakuta seems like he's trying too hard, which is really back firing on him. He tracks back though, which is always a positive. Obviously I'm not judging him over all, but from this he looks like a squad player at best.

Tbh, Hazard and KDB were the only ones who really showed anyone. He is a great playmaker. But he is trying to play in Lukaku, who is having a bad game, and Kakuta who has done nothing. Hazard is the bit of light on a first half that was pretty bad... Hope he stays on in the second half.

I am used to some negativity on this messageboard but the way some people talk on here right now really takes the biscuit. It is not the Fucking Title Decider (FTD) we are watching but - again - our second pre-season game partly held for commercial reasons and partly for fitness reasons and trying out different options. Don´t make it to hard on yourselves and get to engaged about this, it means nothing.

Mikel might be no KüchenXabi Alonso or Alex Song but he still is a decent holding midfielder. Tiote is just a light version of Essien at that age, who passes to opponents for fun and commits about 900 fouls a game

Imagine if Lukaku was 34 years old and played like how he has in the first half.

Many of you need to relax. Our youngsters are not good enough to join the first team but this is the perfect chance to prove their worth. Lukaku and Kakuta have been poor but cannot judge anything off this performance, its still early.

Bit surprised really, the way were playing has been poor. The fuck have we been doing all summer? Luiz has been embarrassing, Cahill has been error-prone, Lukaku and Kakuta have been pathetic. Thank god its a pre-season friendly and we can get things together, learn from our errors, and make changes for the season ahead.

Mikel, Hazard, and Hutchinson have been performing to set level considering its only preason.

Kakuta is trying too hard, i've always known his potential but he knows he has to produce something great to be noticed with all the competition there is.

PSG look fitter, stronger, quicker and technically just better.

I think the build up is alright just don't look like really scoring. Could get better.

This is more or less what I expected. Half our players took no or little part of our last season, they need time to build chemistry. Not to mention PSG started their pre-season before we did and have played a match more than we have which is why we look off the pace compared to them.
