Hazard has made it clear in the past there is nothing for him in the French league, anyone who believes he wants to go to PSG is insane.

Essentially there would be a bigger chance for him to win some CL cups waiting (as things are now, let's be realistic) and a chance to live in Paris in a city that speaks his language. Essentially there's no difference in playing for PSG in France than it is to play for Bayern in Germany. You'll get yourself a lot of titles unless you completely screw up the season.

This said, If he ever leaves; it will be to Madrid.

Guus is spot on, of course. You go to PSG either if you're coming from a small club and it's a big step up or you've failed at a big club and want the easy life where you don't want to challenge yourself on a daily basis.

In a way, PSG would sort of suit Hazard's personality and game to be honest. He can be his laid back self and won't be depended on to carry the huge load he does here. He wouldn't have to exert himself much in that league and would be surrounded by by far the best players in France.

Life at PSG must be like an endless holiday. Get paid a fat wage to sleepwalk to a title every year and have a handfu of big matches per season in the CL.

Why in your views Hazard is laid back ? Maybe Neymar should go to PSG as well because that his loose style perfectly fits French League ? Hazard is one helluva competitor. Go watch a replay of Tottenham game on 1st of January 2015. Or against Southampton on 28th of December 2014, argubly the match when he was the only one in the entire team to be fit to play after 1 day rest (or as people like to say, give a f***). Remaind yourself how many times he was kicked out of the game and how many times he got up.

He won everything in France. Championship, cup, 3 times in Team of the Season, 2 times Young Player of the Season and 2 times Player of the Season. Adding to that he said he wouldn't go to the French League again other than to Lille. He comes back to Lille to watch a game once in a while.

He is family guy, simple and honest and he already has the money to feed future generations of Hazards.

And he said he wants to improve, win Ballon D'Or, be better and better and better. But people want to ignore all that because of a few lines in one interview.

I said that i want to win Ballon D'or does that mean i can play for Chelsea now?

Just because he said those words doesn't mean he will actually do that. He's been one of the worst wingers in Europe this season. Words wont change that.

That was an answer to a quote, mister, that goes saying that Hazard may be tempted for easy life with no pressure on his shoulder and big fat cheque in his bank account. To which I replied that he would abandon his life goals e.g. winning Ballon D'Or and being a legend he wants to be. I firmly deny accusations that Hazard, after all he was saying since begging of his carrer, would take a payday now, at the age of 25, and leave to have easy life with no more pressure.

And Diego Costa was one of the worst forwards and Cesc Fabregas was one of the worst midfielders. They look class now, both of them. Hazard's back to form was interrupted by injury.

I'm more worried about the club wanting to sell him than him wanting to leave.

im more worried about keeping a player whos head is else where im a believer of selling a player who doesn't want to be at your club

Yeah, and he'll win three of them in London, right? ;-)

Hazard will never win d'Or anywhere. No matter how the team plays. You can park the bus, you can play full attacking football, you can play tiki taka it doesn't matter. Hazard is just not motivated enough to work hard and it's his own mind problems. It's not the way Chelsea play. In any sport it's like 50% talent and 50% hard work or even more % of work. Hazard probably has talent but that's not enough to become the best if you don't want to work hard.

If he wants a transfer, the only thing that matters is the EC. I guess he will suck for the rest of the season at Chelsea and then play great for Belgium.

I don't think he's motivated to stay here. Last year he won the title and was POY and I think he has achieved everything he wanted to achieve here. I think his next goal is to win the CL with Real and become Ballon D'Or there.

It certainly feels that way, sadly enough.

Belgium's excellent HLN were always likely to have their own take on Eden Hazard's interview with French newspaper Le Parisien. Hazard flrting with the idea of a move to Real Madrid or PSG has irriatated many Chelsea supporters, especially given that's it's come in the week of the Champions League match.

Hazard considering leaving is no surprise to HLN, who have covered the situation before. Previously it's never really been anything serious, and that could still be the case now, especially because of Hazard's preferred destination.

HLN say it's public knowledge at Chelsea's Cobham training centre that Hazard would prefer a move to Real Madrid over PSG, and that such a thing is a training ground open secret would be another irritation.

It takes two to tango and Real Madrid would have to meet Chelsea's valuation if they wanted Hazard, and it's not even certain they'd be interested. Whilst Zinedine Zidane is a well known fan of the player, Chelsea would surely be looking for something in the region of €100m, and that's an awful lot for a player having a difficult season.

PSG were perhaps more likely to splash that cash, but they could still help Hazard out by buying Cristiano Ronaldo and giving Madrid some spending money.
