I'm still 50/50 on this, whether he stays or goes.

I do know that he is irreplaceable.  But, we bought him before he was Hazard as we know him now, we'll have to find another.  

This uncertainty could possibly be the reason that we weren't so keen to let Willian leave this past summer.  Everyone knows he's irreplaceable, so you don't drop all of that money on a ready-made replacement, they don't exist.  If he leaves, we could move Willian over to the left (where he's better) and buy a couple of younger wingers who have the potential to be our main man in the future.

Let's see what happens.  I still think Madrid would prefer to have Neymar.

But zero chance Roman drops that tyoe of quid, especially as we are going to get raped on the Hazard sale and also his visa ban by the UK government.

He needs to sell the club IMHO. We desperately need a new stadium to compete with the other big 10 or so euro clubs revenue-wise as well. We also are going to get burnt to ash if that FIFA 8 max loanee rule comes into effect. We will have to sell over 30 players into an insanely flooded market.

Yeah, you can debate on whether he should or should not talk about a potential move mid-season but IMO that's just who Eden is!

He's been here for so long, and we know he speaks candidly, and lot of times tongue-in-cheek. As long he still performs on the pitch when playing for us, I don't see why we should be too concerned at this point.

Bit prejudiced here, but if no London in England, no Vesper in England. Same for Stockholm with Sweden. Spain, France, Italy, Germany have multiple cities we would live in.

Tell Loserpool to give us Mané, Firmino, Robertson, and Joe Gomez and they can have Hazard. They can have Alonso if they toss in Alexander-Arnold.

I've said this before, and this is my opinion,..I think all of us should feel relaxed about the Hazard situation.

As Chelsea fans we should really know by now, how Hazard speaks to the media. Its almost always tongue-in-cheek, trying to take the piss (that's what our club as a whole does to other teams, I think ). What I found most amusing is how the media outlets have taken all his words at face value, Sky especially. This has led to all the Real Madrid bloggers and bandwagon fans going crazy. Reports about a January move as well, until Hazard squashed that rumor himself yesterday.

The most important thing to me is that Hazard has said that no matter what happens next season, he will not leave Chelsea in a difficult situation. He is not a Raheem Sterling or not an Alexis Sanchez

Mbappe will not be interested in joining us. Pretty sure of that and unless PSG are sanctioned for FFP, they will not sell him either. Also, I only see Mbappe moving to Real if he was to move.

I remember when I was an advocate of Mbappe hoping and praying we get him early while he was in Monaco. What a player he's turned out to be, incredible.
