Popular Post! Jase 43,479 Posted January 13, 2018 Popular Post! Share Posted January 13, 2018 I know Hazard is our best player but for god sake, he's not immune to criticism! Every time he goes AWOL, people keep finding excuses for him. Did anyone see the number of times he gave the ball away against Leicester? Had it been Willian, people would have thrown him under the bus. xPetrCechx, DYC., Sir Mikel OBE and 9 others

I don't know if you had the same match co-commentator as I did (Tony something) but he was having a go over and over at our fans for getting frustrated with Hazard and Cesc today. It was infuriating. He made it sound like our supporters were ungrateful assholes for having the audacity to be frustrated by Hazard.

Tony Gale. 277 appearances for Fulham and 300 appearances for West Ham. He's completely unable to be unbiased. It's been happening for years and it seems like he's always commentating on our matches. He's always so obviously biased when he does our matches and drools over players who do well against us. LAB
Atholy 1,293
Useless discussion whether or not he can/should be criticized... He's not a robot, so also can have very bad games. Our biggest problem is that when Hazard has an off-day... there is no one to push us forward and step up! We're **** Chelsea. We can never be so dependent on one guy! The Chels and Amblève.

Win lose they always sing and always support the team. You rarely hear moans or groans from them. Even when we're winning our home support is mostly quiet. I thought the moans and groans also started really early. Like from minute 10 they were already moaning and groaning about everything. It wasn't like our supporters were booing him or going over the top. Just the usual "awws" after the constant misplaced passes. Tony Gale made it and like the fans were throwing beer and popcorn at the players or something. kmk108

Also they did boo Fabregas and Hazard when they came off. Tbh i don't know what Tony Gale said as i was watching it on a Belgian channel. Just thought it started a bit early and i just don't think it helps. It's not like players need confirmation when they play a poor pass or lose the ball. Fulham Broadway 17,311
The support at home has always been less since it became a tourist attraction. Hazard and Fabregas were not booed Sideshow Luiz, DDA and kmk108
Hamilton 2,120
He was bad today and deserved to be changed, just like anyone else.. imo Conte could waited until at least 75th min funny thing is average ratings on SofaScore he was by far our best player with a 7,

Some might see him spinning and turning and think he's doing his bit, but others (like me) pay more attention to the end product (which also include linkup play). For me the last two games were just not good enough... yes, he lacks support and frankly the team is not playing well at the moment, but he could be asking more of his teammates and I just don't see that often enough - showcased in the last 2 games. Maybe it was due to the mics around the pitch or something but I swear the Bridge was like a cemetery last Wednesday.

Eden will unfortunately never be a leader on the pitch, that’s why it’s surprising he’s our captain of national team.

Say, make the play and pass the ball to a teammate at the right time, in a good position and then if that player cannot keep it going, then it's his problem. When his spinning and turning does not produce a cross, a shot, or even a pass to a teammate, it's difficult to claim he lacked support. Yes, better movement around him might have helped opening up options for hazard himself, but then again, he's the key player making the big bucks and that leads to more pressure on him. I’d lean more towards that than them being booed. Fulham Broadway and The Chels

We can never be so dependent on one guy! Well the truth is that we have been dependent on one guy for large parts of this decade. Before it was Drogba or Lampard, then it was Mata and now it's Hazard. Without these players on top form the team always struggled.
