He hasn't be slowing down to walking pace like he did al season last year. He gets the ball and immedietly looks to attack the opposition and use his unstoppable dribbling. Hopefully that's Conte encouraging him to do so. He need some to be a bit more like Neymar or Robben. More selfish and aggressive rather than always trying to look for teammates.
