kellzfresh 7,229
you could use a revieuw of last season......Hazard played well but didn't still get past 30 + goals and assists Which is the norm for almost every Madrid attacking player.I don't get why people are afraid he will go to Madrid. kellzfresh 7,229
Hazard doesn't provide in big games??? Goal vs ArsenalGoal vs Tottenham2 assists vs City Goal vs United For last season. Against PSG he was our best player, but when the whole team can't put two passes together, Hazard is picked by the CDM and the RB. What more can he do? He isn't in his best form right now, definitely, but to say he goes missing in big games is pathetic.People complained that we parked the bus in big games, now against mancity and arsenal we didn't. Madrid are not just some small team they are the 2nd best team in the world. They love signing goalscorers in attack, that is Madrid for you
BlueLion. 21,491
He started last season slowly as well. Same in 13/14 and 12/13. Leave him be. He'll come good. Stingray and Pacquiao

He'll come good.I just went through the thread and saw a lot of people saying he will leave us and go to Madrid next season. I don't know why people are scared that he'll go, until he starts scoring like bale did for an even smaller team in tottenham, I'm quite confident hazard is staying with us. He certainly fits the Bayern Munich mould, however. kellzfresh and LDN Blue

Hostedenis 556
Hazard played well but didn't still get past 30 + goals and assists I think he has already, in all competitions. He had 19 goals last season in all competitions and 9 assists in the premier league alone so probably (can't find a number) more than eleven assists all competitions combined (only needs two more in other comps which he probably did). So yes, he does contribute to 30+ goals a season

bababoom 4,478
I think he played really well today tbh.towards the end he did, but he needs to be more direct and less passive in games Imo. He seems to drift in and out of games far too often for my liking. dimmas, Bluelsthecolour and kellzfresh

His "passiveness" is why we didn't drop points today. He relieved so much pressure on the backline but intelligently keeping hold of the ball & retaining possession.Probably should've scored that chance but still, very good nonetheless. Madmax 9,219
He should be doing on the ball what McManaman was doing to us. TheIceMan
TheIceMan 596
Should score those chances he creates for himself! Or don't even dare put him in the same category as Messi and Ronaldo!!!

Stingray 9,441
I think he played a really good, intelligent game. Relieving pressure, always ready to get the ball, rarely lost the ball. A beackon of stability. He should have scored though. If he did it would have been an assist and a goal by both our wingers. I think his engine got started this match. Looking forward to seeing Pedro/Hazard next game! Stats
Popular Post! Jase 43,479 Posted August 23, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted August 23, 2015 Love how he wasted like 10 minutes towards the end by dribbling and holding onto the ball. Intelligent play as he helped the team to relieve the pressure, disrupt WBA's momentum. Reminded me of Drogba doing the same against United at home in 2010/11. iseah100 5,612
Good game from him. He'll benefit the most from Pedro on the other wing, you could see it today even. He'll develop a connection with him like he had with Mata. Hamilton and Unionjack
