No, he had an opinion and his thread got locked. In my opinion it was unprofessional to unlock it. He didn't make the thread completely out of frustration, what he said had a good point, the squad is overrated. And just because it was made after a loss it got taken the wrong way and got locked. Which in my opinion is just out of order, i understand locking a thread what is just stupid but that one held a very good point. We are still lacking in important areas and shouldn't be as confident as we are.

On the subject of Hulk, i really do not think he's worth the money Porto reportedly want for him.

I would rather we spend the money on a real CF and someone like Moses to add depth on the wings.

Yeah tbh, with his price tag and the fact oscar has impressed in an advanced position, it seems like a lot of money for him, i really wan't to give Oscar, Marin a real chance here, and to add in hulk to the squad would again push those new signings down the pecking order. Now i would rather, we save the money and buy a RB, and a St who can be a useful squad player as a torres back up. Hulk still looked good tonight, and if he does come it will still be good, but could make the impact of some players reduced, including ramires, who has been great for us.

Marin and Oscar are good but I think we would be lacking a goal threat. Hazard is not a significant goalscorer, yet, last season was his first significant contribution and I think most of those goals were penalties. Mata and Marin do not score many either. Hulk's power and goal threat would compliment the guile of our smaller players.

True, i think it really depends on how torres does with the new people he has to supply him, mata will get a few, hazard looks good and should be able to chip in, added to Lampard who should be able to get his customary goals even from a deeper position.. I do agree though, he is more of a goalscoring threat than the others as it would appear, though time will tell...
