The thing is Luiz is good in CM with Matic but say god for bid Matic gets a long lay off? Luiz isn't any where near as comfortable with Lamps and his partnership with Rami is a ticking time bomb.

If you mean straight swap then you must be joking. Oscar plus £18m for Cavani would be good business and no one is dumb enough to pay £30 plus for Luiz. we need to stop overrating our players.

To be honest, if they start throwing ridiculous bids for any of the two players I would take it. Hazard is central to the way we play but were Oscar and Luiz completely central to Mourinho's plans this season? No. Oscar went off the boil in and around Christmas and was dropped for almost everyone of our 'big' games. Luiz was 3rd choice CB and played in midfield more often than not (and he's NOT a DM, he's a CB with legs).

FFP clearly does not apply to PSG and they play in a shit league so they'll naturally have to pay more. They also have Cavani...to be honest, doing business with them would strengthen us a lot more if we used to money correctly. We were always going to make 1-2 big signings but everything could possibly be addressed in the one window, i.e. Shaw, CM/DLP, Costa/Cavani along with an AM that can actually unlock doors.

I know but he is atm one of our better player so obviously we are going to overvalue him.For Luiz Barca already willing to pay 25m, if PSG want then 30m is not too unrealistic.

Yep but it makes sense though Cavani is not too happy there atm with his role and to replace I would say Gritzemann and move Hazard or Willian to the middle. Or sign someone like Reus who could play any of those 3 CAM positions too
