Term-X 7,891
Luiz is right though, Lampard has tarnished his reputation.Frank thought he could get away with it. Unfortunately it's one manager too far, plus the fans are more aware of player power than ever before.
LDN Blue 7,903
I'd be more alarmed about the Barcelona talk. Peace.

BlueLion. 21,491
Don't forget, with all respect, David's English isn't fantastic just yet - so it is easy for him to say something and it come across entirely differently to what he means. LDN Blue 7,903
Can Brazil rely on David Luiz?Alongside the imperious Thiago Silva of Milan, David Luiz brings some interesting virtues. He carries the ball out of defence well, and is willing and able to keep driving forward and make a contribution in the last third of the field - very useful against the cautious opponents Brazil are likely to face in 2014, in the early stages of the competition at least.http://soccernet.esp...d-luiz?&cc=5739
Wilson 358
If Luiz really said what he was supposed to have said about Lampard, then shame on him.
francozola 2,040
yeah because no matter how immature and disrespectful a player is, it's okay if he's a legend and no one is allowed to question him. He should play till he's 80 and be given control over the whole team Madmax
Popular Post! Term-X 7,891 Posted March 2, 2012 Popular Post! Share Posted March 2, 2012 ^ Indeed..How dare Luiz criticize Lampard's undermining of our current manager. Who does he think he is? defending the coach like that, disgraceful. He has much to learn.. let us hope Malouda, Lamps and co take him under their wings, and show him the Chelsea way of doing things.Clearly Luiz has been slow to adapt to the individual atmosphere at this club. LDN Blue 7,903
If Barcelona fail with Thiago Silva, which is a hit or miss, they will come hard for Luiz. We cannot afford to lose him. It's funny, Barcelona will target him as a centre back and here some are still suggesting he should move to DM or RB etc.

I agree it's ok to defend the manager. But he has no right to criticise Lampard. Also, Lampard has never complained has he? Nope. Lamps is a legend and what he's done for the club is amazing. francozola 2,040
If he really had criticized lamps, it means that there clearly is something going on behind the scenes. And you don't know anything about what lamps has or hasn't done. Neither do I. But I don't think it's that far fetched to form conclusions based on his body language this season. If Luiz had criticized him, there would be a reason why he would do so.But anyway Luiz has said that he wasn't referring to lamps. Whether that's REALLY true or not, we do not know. And your phrasing implies that just because lamps is a legend it means nobody has the right to criticize him which is ridiculous. IF he is acting like a baby, he does deserve criticism. kiaretta985
