Maybe we make the mistake with Kalou, making him midfielder? I think he is playing very well as the striker.

My thoughts exactly. He's been a goal machine in every other club as a striker, except Chelsea, because somewhy we forced him on the wing. He stagnated massively here, he would have probably turned out a whole different player had he been somewhere that employed him properly.

I don't think Kalou can be considered as a goal machine...he's only had one exceptional season in the Netherlands (by exceptional, I mean 25+ goals)

really wish he stayed - dudes a joy to watch these days..

flies past defenders and scores big goals week in week out. wins big points and big games on his own for lille and will most likely finish 2nd behind ibrahimovic @ goal race

Late bloomer.

No, he is just playing in his correct position now... he is not winger, Chelsea do not use him properly for 6 years... very good striker, I think..

He is scoring more times in Ligue 1 this season than Falcao, only 2 goals less than Cavani... and Lille is very poor team, compared with PSG and Monaco...
