Don't all rush in at once, this will inevitably be the biggest thread on any forum anywhere. so I'll just let you spill out your love for Everton FC

ummm ok let`s go.

things i love about Everton:

my first Chelsea away day up north was at Everton.

they had a "miss world" class stunner for a female steward in the mid- late 90`s

Z cars theme tune.

they hate LFC asmuch as me.

they love Pat Nevin.

they gave us good money for Graeme Stuart off the back of a "Weah" style wonder goal.

some of them still love Chelsea for when we saved them from relegation by beating Bolton when we had an F.A cup final as our next match and unlike many other teams who would have thought fuck everyone else.we were professional. LFC for example would have played their entire reserve team in the same situation.

things i don't or atleast didn't love about Everton.

the use of Stanley Knives in the 80`s.

Everton fans must be truly grateful that Zola's last Chelsea goal was against them.

I was GUTTED when Baines' FK went in, i was at the game and losing on pens was horrible, especially as it wasn't the cheapest day but that happens.

The Everton 2-3 Chelsea game was the best battle between the 2 imo

I also remember us winning the Umbro cup against them at Goodison in like '98, pre season tourny. We're involved in a few of em lol.

And the first Chelsea - Everton game i remember was a mad 3-3 in 94/95.

Everton have been fuckers to us lately tho, so many draws because of very late equalisers they and always a very tough team to break down and finish off. I have a lot of respect for them and how their club is run. I know they are not in the best shape financially but in Kenwright David Moyes, they are a manager and owner with absolute trust in each other and they always manage to exceed expectations. The relationship between a manager and owner is huge and they have the best out of all the premiership clubs. Everton deserve a billionaire owner and Moyes deserves a chance to have a spending spree. maybe that wouldn't suit him tho, maybe he's in his comfort zone with the limits he has because he thrives on overachieving with his limits. Good club tho, good history and good fans.
