Probably go for Gerrard for the Euro's. If he's brave, he'll give it to Hart straight after.

If JT's found not guilty, does he get it back?

Gerrard fr the euros sounds good. I dont think Hodgson will do a "Capello" and give it to JT. Would love to see Cahill or Hart get encouraged with the captaincy

But yeah, if Terry's not captain it'll be a shambles. Well, less of a shambles than it would be with Gerrard as captain as England will probably bomb out in the group stage or scrap their way to the knockouts before getting smashed by Germany/Holland/Spain.

Joe Hart.

John Terry - cheated on his wife with his team mate's missus.

Steven Gerrard - been to court for fighting in clubs. Not to mention he is a cunt.

Wayne Rooney - cheated on his pregnant wife.

Cahill - Not captain at his own club

Parker - the other choice, though I'd prefer Joe Hart.

even joe hart isn't. i understand joe hart would be the safer bet but a captain should be there to speak with the ref about 50-50 challenges and stuff. joe hart cant do that so i think cahill or some other younger player has to get it

Goalkeepers should never be captains..

JT won't captain England under Hodgson, FA appointed him because he will do as he's told, unlike Cappello who had principles.

exactly. A captain has to speak with the officials , calm his teammates down and stuff. It must be an outfield player preferably defensive
