Beirut_Blues 306
When Madrid is on fire its like they're possessed and the build-up to Ozil's goal was fukken magic...Team talk would be the key in the Final and Jose is one of the best at that, so his players would surely be up for it.Bayern, however, are beatable - they barely beat Madrid.Bayern-Chelsea final definitely more preferable for me... but Chelsea-Madrid would be epic (especially Jose's face when we beat them :eyebrows: )But first let's beat Barcelona tomorrow.. 2-0 I say. The Big Drog 1,110
Credit to Bayern, an impressive performance tonight to keep Madrid at bay by limiting their chances and managing to look dangerous going forward and converting a couple of their own chances. In particular Ribery (minus the theatrics), Kroos and Alaba were all excellent. Ribery was probably the most threatening player on the pitch but it was Kroos who impressed most, the lad is very highly rated in Germany and, along with Ozil and Goetze, makes up a formidable wealth of playmaker options for Germany to choose from. BlueSunshine 672
Atletico dominated the game but was unlucky/careless to concede 2 goals from corner kicks.Falcao scored a beautyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2hsyysWUEgThe other match was much more interesting.I thought that Bilbao would walk over Sporting but the Portugese proved to be quite a good team. They were sensational in the last 15 minutes of the game. CHOULO19 24,332
Anyone heard about the Robben-Ribery after the Madrid game? According to some german paper, they beat each other up in the dressing room. Kinda stupid when you just won over Real madrid.

Ollie 4,400
Should rename this the European Cups thread, it's quite a confusing title. By the way the first thread is actually back working now but has had 3 years taken away, what is that all about? lol anyway we're in the UCL final and soon Real Madrid will join us. Here is the last time we met, i think it's the full match. 1998 European Super Cup. And The Cup Winners' Cup from 1971 Nero
