Popular Post! lucio 5,418 Posted May 3, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted May 3, 2016 pep has been a massive failure at bayern. no 2 ways about it, domestic achievements mean nothing, they have a stranglehold oon their league. he was brought to win the CL, and failed miserably 3 years on the trot. DYC. 7,542
It makes sense really. Bayern in the final in 2010, 2012 and 2013. That's when the football gods step in and take measures. They might not make another final for a while. Atletico making two CL finals in three years is absolutely amazing. I still remember the old Atletico. Basically the Spanish version of Spurs (pre-Pochettino). Simeone deserves a statue. I did think Bayern were unlucky though. 99 out of a 100 times, you win a game like that comfortably. The Chels 2,502
That was a pretty incredible attacking performance from Bayern. I'm not quite sure how they didn't progress but 2 finals in 3 years for Atletico. Crazy! kellzfresh, Blue-in-me-Veins and DYC.

I'm thinking the football gods have a Real Madrid-Atletico rematch on the cards with the latter coming out victorious this time. Imagine winning the CL by defeating current day Barcelona, Bayern and Real Madrid... DYC. and Blue-in-me-Veins

Popular Post! The Mak 4,459 Posted May 3, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted May 3, 2016 Lol, and that's exactly why you weren't chosen to take a pen in the CL shoot-out Torres! Beepu, Laylabelle, The Chels and 3 others
Beepu 1,714
City will be the real test for him. Juggling the league, which is not a sure thing in the PL, the cups and CL.
RoyalBlues 4,050
Heard that it is one of Simeone staff who got that 'slap', something to do with the substitution delay. Essien19

You cannot lay your hands on match officials.

Beepu 1,714
It's an official from UEFA, it's a staff from Atletico. Probably a fine or warning from the club at most. The guy is probably Simeone's personal punching bag along with a few others I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it. His face was like "wth dude?" Melanicus 5,208
There is no doubt in my mind Simeone has slit a hooker's throat after a poor nights performance from her

HRiver 1,512
Great game, Simeone is fantastic and I would kill to have him + Griezmann here. Might as well bring this Torres while we're at it.
