He is derivative and self indulgent. Resevoir Dogs was entertaing even if a carbon copy of a Hong Kong film and Pulp Fiction was very good. Inglorious Basterds was the most self indulgent tripe I've ever witnessed, I felt offended that he was shoving it down my eye holes.
