I was very impressed with RDM's tactics.He picked a young side and more importantly gave Lukaku and Hutchinson their first start.Plus he also showed faith in Turnbull by giving him a start.Most managers would have dropped him after the Liverpool game but not RDM.This man believes in his players and allows everyone in the team to contribute.I am glad AVB got him here.

i don't understand why robbie wouldn't appoint as a manager,, with robbie, torres getting better with carlo and avb he doesn't,,we can see the old guard have important impact to the team, and i really want chelsea give them a chance to retire in this club because they was give so many thing to this club and they deserve it,,and he can combine between experience and youngster player,,and make them all feel as apart from the team,,

We have to give Robbie a one year contract.

Not only does he play younger player's more often he will know who to get rid off. He has to be given next season, we won't win the league next year a jump from 6th to 1st just wont happen but he needs to be given a year to show he can progress a team.

If he can get us up to 3rd next year and win a trophy while he's at it, even if its something minor like the Club World Cup (assuming we win the CL) or the Carling Cup then I think we should give him an extension.
