On future next season.

P.S. Translated to the web page above to English from its original language text.

So he does not care how his real team is doing? Thats weird

No it wasn't. That's so easy to say in hindsight. At CFC De Bruyne wouldn't have developed this well in the first place. He wouldn't play as many games as he is now at Bremen. This has been a successful loan spell just like the Lukaku, Chalobah and the Courtois deals.

Well I wouldn't say Lukaku was a good decision, leaving just 2 strikers and the way Torres is playing we really needed backup, especially when Ba cannot play in certain cup games. As for Courtois, he's been such a hit in Spain I don't think he really wants to come back to Chelsea, whereas if he wasn't loaned out for that long we could have played him instead of Cech, as lets face it he's younger and a BIG prospect

But think about it. Do you think Lukaku and Courtois would've developed this well if they were given minutes here and there in the Carling Cup or FA Cup at CFC instead of playing regularly? Surely not.

I love him as a player but every single time he's interviewed about us he just seems to not give a shit about the club. Hope he has a good career because I no longer see it happening here purely based on his attitude. I think he's a decent professional but he's not got that humbleness which Lukaku is blessed with and even worse he sounds arrogant a lot of the time. Almost like he feels he should have instantly been slotted into our XI ahead of Hazard or Mata before even proving his worth at the top level which he is now doing.

Even lying would be decent. Is it that hard to say:- "Yes I track Chelsea's results"? For all he knows we could be fighting relegation from the sounds of it. Grrr.

No. People said the same about Lukaku last year. Honestly, these interviews are often taken out of context, I would take them with a pinch of salt.

Mm yeh also remembered an interview last year, where werder was upset

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/oct/08/kevin-de-bruyne-germans-stiff

He's just a guy who speaks his mind, and that can be interpreted wrongly if you want to, basicly he just said he misses his family and the warmth there, but the germans took that as him calling them stiff/cold... i mean...

Same here rly, i think he just means he's focussing on werder and doesn't follow everything going on @ chelsea, which is just professional in my book, if you play matches in the weekend you dont keep yourself buzy with other teams and focus on your own game.

You all conclude waaaaaaaayyyyy to much on too little info.

Just relax. He will love coming here. His communication skills are no match for his crossing technique thats all. Dont read to much in this and go all bonkers on it.

Sorry mate,

but your wrong. Thibaut's interviews are always very humble, and I think a translation can never express the words in the exact same way as the native tongue. Courtois is very humble, believe me we have bigger ego's in the Belgian national team. An he's just realistic. This guy wants to play, because he knows he has to improve. Above that, you can't really blame him for not constantly expressing his love for Chelsea, like Romelu does? Ok, the club bought him which is fantastic, but the facts are he's playing at a very high level for Madrid. Surely he feels more for Atletico than for Chelsea, but's that just normal. he's already been through a lot with that club, and didn't even play 1 game for our beloved Chelsea.

Give the lad some time, he's a fantastic player and a nice guy.

I'm belgian so biased but believe it
