LDN Blue 7,903
Two footed and more naturally skilled (= not just flashy) than all our players bar 2, even if shit hits the fan he'll get appearances under any coach as an alternative to Mata.Lmao I was going to as well But yeah I can see that, it's just, he seems to young for any prospective managers to gamble on. I'd love him in our squad, but I just don't see anyone taking a gamble. Romeu's only been the u21 we've played a decent amount of games and now look where he's ended up. Marvin123 534
On another note, loaning De Bruyne to them would probably increase our chances of getting Hazard to Chelsea. YAY YAY YAY YAY

While we are certain to sign more attacking players I expect him to lead the U21 bunch both due to ability and professional experience*.*Both KDB and Kakuta are 21 in the summer, Kakuta is fucked by comparison of their appearances. Let's just hope you're right though, because the kid is incredibly gifted and it would be a continuation of this crime the club's guilty of, of ruining the young talent we do recruit. Igi26 346
Watched him against Standard, was also delighted with his skill. He is also good at tracking back his player, never gives up.

Madmax 9,219
On the up side, this whole rehab situation can be used productively by getting him settled to life in London.

BleedsBlue 1,549
His broken toe the reason why we got Marin?
BlueLyon 9,359
Hope we didnt bought Marin just to be sub!I fear most that injury will downgrade Kevin abilities. He is young and was in great form, but this injury could mean he will never fulfill his potential...It is always hard to get back after so long time...And probably we will out loan him again... DYC. 7,542
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbClpQILKr8&list=UU0laI6paMWe3pUJIMBoW0Jw&index=1&feature=plcpHaha that's just beautiful. He'll end up in a central role, he just has too. Players like him are wasted on the wing. Though as a CM/AM rather than a number 10. I see him as a 'more exciting' and more technically gifted version Lamps personally, think he'd be the perfect replacement. Will be interesting to see in what role he'll play for us. I love him already btw . Madmax

It's up to him really. It's not like he is going to have a lot of competition on the wing positions...
BlueLyon 9,359
Well, then I hope Marin will impress here. Was beast two seasons ago, now he lost his touch because of injury and that is problem with flair players. Coming to Chelsea will mean few things1. New chance to prove himself2. Same class (or better) team-mates to play with3. Back to the wing position4. No pressure to himUsualy german players do the job, but he is not actualy german after all. Still, he has same mentality and I doubt such good player could just lose all his skill and talent. capriccioso 2,545
Well, Australian cricketer Brett Lee was out for about 10 days with a broken toe in January before he returned, but thats a completely different sport and he got rushed back into the team despite being injured.Marin's signing might mean Tintin will be sent out on loan next season.
