Easy to be disingenuous when the circumstances didn't allow him to make the impact there he wished he'd have made, but okay ;)

Btw, didn't you post "ginger cunt" in the Kevin DB thread following his supposed comments about Mourinho? No flared emotions and strictly on-pitch, I see.

KDB just comes off as a cunt. As does Pepe and Muller and countless other players.

A passionate fan cares about Chelsea players whilst they are playing for the club as well as when they leave the club

A forum fan only cares about how a player does at Chelsea, they don't really care about anything else to do with the club :blue scalf:

Those the official definitions then?

I remember a statement he gave in october to Sky saying that move to City was not his decision. In january, after the media uncovered the lies behind his "loan" had no choice but to accept that had indeed been his choice.

I found it amazing that people bought this whole "not his decision" thing. He's a grown man, he has a choice in the matter and if he didn't like it then he shouldn't have done it. Contracts are agreed by both parties, if he really didn't have a choice then it's breach of contract.. But as we all know, there was no breach because he did agree.

 Max I've missed engaging in these conversations with you. Hope all is well on your side!

Likewise, mate :D

Yep, all's well. How about you?

KDB just comes off as a cunt. As does Pepe and Muller and countless other players.

Which is fine, but does not tie in with your earlier assertion.

Look mate, I like you as a poster and respect your views, but let's just agree to disagree about this. I know how I feel, I don't need anybody else to tell me that. Believe me, I don't say this stuff about Lampard lightly. I adored him and only became a Chelsea fan because of him.

There's no point arguing, mate, this is one of those where the person who shouts loudest wins. No point for reasonable debate when you're arguing with someone unreasonable.

What's that got to do with anything? Although, while we're on this subject, if you don't like it, you know where the "sign out" button is. If you don't like people having opinions that conflict with your own you ought to quit while you're still ahead.

referring to car crash post. Nonsonse post that should have been removed

You are like a brick wall. You cannot play for City unless you agree to do so. And him scoring against us and scoring in other games proved he is okay with it.

You are not making any sense, unless you are calling Lampard a dummy.

dummy? Brick wall?

My debate is that you say that he knew he was signing for Man City before he was signing his pre agreement for New York....not one poster has come with evidence that shows this

Good shout, but there has to be (imo) a place for Ashley Cole in there. Though he's moved on, you can tell how much this club did mean to him in the end especially when the rest of the world hated him. He was there defending the club through all, even Terry to the fury of the FA & players alike.

Ash's loyalty must be commended, even though it's not worked out in Roma he'll always be one of us!

After his post-CL-2012 interview there's no denying, really. And then there was this tweet, too...

What it boils down to for me is that his move to City wasn't worth it in the end and to begin with. Even if he had help City win the league last season, it still wouldn't have been worth tarnishing his previously untainted reputation (Even rival fans condemned his decision to join City). He's won every possible trophy at club level and if money was his motivation for joining them then he could have easily made much more abroad in places like UAE, China etc.

Lampard is a former Chelsea Player and will be remembered as a City Player. I don't want him anywhere near the Bridge, wouldn't bother me if he is hit by a car or something. Screw him.

Oh ffs has captain cockwomble created another account to slag off Lampard and the support at Stamford Bridge?

This was no minor blip. He knew the consequences of him playing for City, and extending that loan contract made it worse.

And Lampard has got to stop trying to save face. Can't believe he is saying all this and still not once apologised.

wasnt a loan...

and there is nothing to apologise for as he was free agent.

Its not as if he forced a move out of Chelsea so he could play for another club

Thankfully, he won zero titles at City, so it's pretty clear who the loser is here. His move to City was totally worthless and I'm sure it's a decision he regrets big time. If he went to City for the reasons he stated, that would be totally understandable, but those claims are just not true. I'm just disappointed and sad with the way he stabbed us fans in the back, more than anything. I'm also sad he forgot Munich and those league titles and all those memories so quickly.

A bit OTT...but hey ho......must be nice to make it up as you go along because he certainly hasnt forgotten his achievements here.

Whether you are in the camp of he has done wrong or not, no-one can deny that on his most recent TV interview/documentary on SKY he explained that the CL win was his greatest day/memory in football

But please do not let facts get in the way of a perfectly good rant
