About Mata as penalty taker. He took 7 peanlties during his senior career, scored only 4 goals. I don't see him to be very good penalty taker.

No way. Torres has 0 confidence and a penalty kick would put so much pressure on him. I'd bet my house that he'd miss, especially if its needed to equalise/take the lead.
