tylarch-chelsea-10 0
Was just thinking, what about what Southampton did with St Mary's? 'The New Stamford Bridge Samsung Arena'?
TomCFC 357
Even if the name changes cant see many people referring it to anything but Stamford Bridge'Im off to the Samsung Staduim' or whatever doesnt sound the same..Do Arsenal fans refer to the Emirates as Highbury then? Of course not.
eldo 868
Why are you talking about Samsung?
BlueLion. 21,491
Could just call it 'The Bridge.'

strong centreback 157
New ground new name, wouldnt make sense to call it stamford bridge anyway if you know the reason why stamford bridge is called as such.

whinni09 37
Where Chelsea will build the new stadium or renew, I would like it to look like this.http://www.google.se/imgres?q=new+chelsea+fc+stadium&um=1&hl=sv&biw=1680&bih=959&tbm=isch&tbnid=F5FNAIP9DIfU6M:&imgrefurl=http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php%3Fp%3D83243784&docid=QSSrfwzGsR9WgM&w=931&h=559&ei=VOqRTraMOPP34QSgq826AQ&zoom=1&iact=rc&dur=370&page=1&tbnh=109&tbnw=181&start=0&ndsp=39&ved=1t:429,r:8,s:0&tx=149&ty=
Badboy 1,526
Could just call it 'The Bridge.'That would actually be a very good idea, i think it would wind up the CPO though lol.

Holding on to one of those identities would make the transition less painful by way of sentiment.

Blue Armour 4,459
Could just call it 'The Bridge.'If we ever make a new stadium, that would be a good name...there's a lot of meaning behind it, even if it will be used as an historical reference
barzil33 0
look at this, chelsea adidas arena.and is there a picture of the news stadium?(pre-building)
Spike 12,049
For starters the arena needs to be intimidating we don't want 'bowl' like the Emirates or Etihad.I think it needs to be modeled after the most intimidating Stadiums Europe like, Signal Iduna Park, San Siro, Camp Nou and the Santiago Bernabeau.Signal Iduna Park is absolutely horrifying.
