There is a deadline, but I'm not sure when it is. I think it's 2 or so weeks after the window closes for main transfers.

Welcome to Chelsea, i had a look at Wikipedia and noticed he is actually on our team, i thought he would be on the reserve team. We can loan them at any time as long as it isn't to another Premier League club because of squad registrations, or unless it is part of an emergency loan. In that case you are right in saying it has to be by the close of a transfer window.

Well this loan always was on the cards, but we definately need some more attacking flair in our team and maybe Davila could have done a job. One for the future though, hope he really does well there to come back next season and make an impact with us.
