Peace. 4,352
Why can't we send these players to a better club? Vitesse are shit and there's no real point to sending them there. It probably hinders their development.Vitesse belongs to a Roman's friend...

EskWeston 696
Well this loan always was on the cards, but we definately need some more attacking flair in our team and maybe Davila could have done a job. One for the future though, hope he really does well there to come back next season and make an impact with us.
SinineUltra 1,170
He couldn't get a work permit bcs he was ineligible and im sure moving from mexican top division to Eredivise is a big step forward.. now playing for Vitesse means a easier chance to play week in week out..which imo is more important than playing alongside superstars of Ajax/PSV and not getting to play.. one for the next year if he does brilliant in Holland

Henri 115
Its our main problem sending young players on loan. Whats the use?, them to progress and be a better player?, tell me how many have come back an been our new top player?.Our problem will forever be as long this russian dumb run this club, we will never have the patience to build up young players, instead we buy top expensive players with contractsthey can replay forever, and all youngsters shipping around instead of let them progress in the club, and give them playtime. Seriously cant help envy Man U and Fergie, hate thosemotherf.. but thats the way you do it!.

Kojo 4,676
Isn't Vitesse our feeder club?, plus Rajokovic and Matic got started there didn't they?, i'm sure this lad will get a lot of time there, that's the main thing in my opinion. Better than being around a really good team where he wont get any playing time.
Styles 9,790
We keep signing young players for loans but don't have many 20-25 year old first team players. It seems to be a lot of old players and a lot of very young players, the middle group supposed to bridge the gap is nonexistent.

They're trying to do about 3 or 4 years work in one summer. If anybody who thought Arnesen did a good job then you're seeing just how wrong you are. lionsden 4,689
And how will this loan move enable him get a work permit? Why would his case be different from that of Radjkovic since they are/were in similar situation.

Why would his case be different from that of Radjkovic since they are/were in similar situation.- Playing regularly at Vitesse means he could make the NT and play the neccessary amount of games (think Alex)- At Vitesse he can show whether he falls under the 'exceptional talent' category

Plus Vitesse obviously belongs to Roman (indirectly).
DYC. 7,542
DYC I've got a question, how do these foreign players have no hassle getting work permits in holland? The work permit thing is a rule set up by the FA, not the same here and in many other countries.
