Henrique 9,133
Monaco chase Lukaku, I read today.According to a report in TMW, Monaco is preparing a 20m raid on him. Lol.Jose believes the striker lacks the mentality to play for his side, it says.Perhaps, he does. However, the kid is 20 years old only.At 20m, Monaco may buy his picture, I feel. I am sure Jose wonΒ΄t sell him for 20m, if he sells him at all. If Drogba can be signed as a player-coach, he will mold Lukaku into a top striker, I feel.Well, Im sure you thought Jose would never send him on loan... bushman 2,043
Well, Im sure you thought Jose would never send him on loan...You might have something there. I thought, he could stay & play in the odd game. After he was loaned, all I read is him being cocky.
didierforever 7,349
I am so bored with reading that we would sell lukaku!!!I mean why would we sell a 20 year old striker who has a better record than the 3 strikers we have currently (a 33-40 year old etoo, 30 year old torres and 29 year old ba). We are anyways looking to buy a striker but we ll sell someone who has the potential to be world-class.Just fuck logic.Ps- are the people who are saying that lukaku will be sold the same guys who just a year ago were comparing him to kenwyn jones!!!!! LOL. Stats and Atholy

Popular Post! The Skipper 20,609 Posted March 25, 2014 Popular Post! BloodIsBlue 291
If we sell anything to our rivals it should be old used up players not players with this much potential. Especially the Spurs, we don't need their stinkn' money. Sidzeret

The only place to be 11,313
Can't see us ever dealing with Spurs especially when there's interest reportedly from Dortmund and Atletico. I wouldn't dismiss the idea of him leaving out of hand either because if Jose doesn't rate someone he doesn't get all sentimental about it. He let Mata, De Bruyne and Essien go so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that Lukaku is allowed to leave for a tidy sum so we can purchase players who fit what Jose wants.Personally I'd be sad to see him leave. He's got faults but he scores goals consistently and seems to be back in top form following his injury. If we do get Costa and then re-sign Eto'o then there's not a huge amount of minutes left for him so maybe a loan to the continent next season is on the cards. He'd still be very young after another season away and ready to step into the squad. Fernando and Fulham Broadway

The kid was happier getting a certain start for a slightly above mid-table Bundesliga side than fighting for a spot in a title-challenging Premier League team (unlike Schurrle who worked his bollocks off and got starts). If that's his attitude then fuck him. Fernando

Judging by what Mourinho said a few times about not being happy with his performances, training etc (though I do really wonder how bad it is), looks as though he was willing enough to let De Bruyne go. Out of the 3 you mentioned there, the one that he wants to keep the most by the looks of it (at least for this season) was Mata rather than De Bruyne or even Essien.
