Dortmund will not sell him in the next transfer windows. Even if a club wants to pay 30M+ he will stay at Dortmund. They have no need to sell any of their players and Götze feels very comfortable there. So any speculation about a transfer is wasted time

True. Unless Dortmund fail to qualify to CL, I see him staying there for at least 3 more years.

Yeah, he has amazing technique, vision and control. Buuuuuut, he is slower than John Terry walking and would struggle with our aggressive high pressing tactics.

Arsenal have no chance with Gotze. He is 18 and I don't think he would leave his boyhood cfor a new club and country, with a massive difference in culture and language.
