Justin_3d 1,140
Zonal Marking tweated this, here it is for those who missed it..Video: Is Roman really ruthless?Great points, but it only highlighst the concept that the board and Roman don't know what they are doing! eldo 868
That was also a mistake cause the names that are replacing those are even worse. Lamps would have been more useful than Meireles and Essien had to be more involved. You mean Lamps who almost gifted them the foruth, which would mean game over?Imo Meireles was brought make up the numbers. He's starting because Lampard has been poor this season.Btw. Can we ever enjoy our season without those questions when is manager going to be sacked, or media and fans questioning his decisions? ulsterchelsea 3,221
It seems to me that avb is in a no win situation. The 'big names' apparently are giving him a rough ride so he has to turn to the players who believe in his project ie bos and raul. I know I'd rather start with players I thought would give me 100% over ones who make it clear they wont. Problem is those players aint exactly our top operators right now. You have to admire the guy for sticking to his principles, would have been very easy to just cave in and play the old guard as usual in their usual way in an attempt to keep everyone onside whilst under ever increasing media pressure

eldo 868
But what happen to this season? An injured Iniesta, Messi not in form like past couple of seasons, and Xavi having some of days.3 most important player that made everything for Barca had nothing to do with Pep.They are the soul of this great Barca, and it came from the cantera. The signings you mention clearly points that he has not been that great in the transfer market. He could sign all he wants but without this triplet of players he ain't achieving anything.Wait what, Messi not in form? 42 goals and 20 assists, if that is player who isn't in form what is then Torres.Imo Barca are not doing well this season because they are trying different things. RX8 40
AVB proved why he should stay last night. He has the balls to drop big names when they're not performing. Well played. Are U For Real??Bosingwa has been the Worst Chelsea player in the last season and this one.... And... Yes he is playing..... What about Maireless Like Torres he is nothing compare to Liverpool performance.... And What?? Yes He is playing.... I challenge anyone to say that Maireless is better than Essien or Lampard yesterday.... Boas is simple a Portugal Player´s Lover.... He´s EGO is beyon Chelsea Dresing Room and in a Destructive way..... He´s a rare Bizarro of Mourinho..... While Mourinho is Egomaniac for the Press in the Dresing Room All players Love him play with there sould for him.... Boas is the opppsity... He give jumble to media and the victim.... While in the Dressing Room He do Anelka and Alex Acts... Treat player like garbage... He ask for opinion and he not Handle it.... If only the results Help him no body whould there to question him... but He is Clearly very Loose and has been a worst mistake of Abramovich so Far besides let José Go

His way of "leading" is pure arrogance and if your failure it hits you with twice speed, and thats what the little man now is feeling. Player management, tactics, media appearance, he has failed in every aspect. He knew what he went into, he just aint made of that stuff like his mentor. What he can be Frustraed about is the lack of publicstatement from the top, we belive in you! but with this stupid board and owner no suprise. Well played. Not mention that he got his tactics spot on imo. We were able to absorb their pressure in the first half and score and in the second half we dominated them up until that horrendous piece of defending. Agree a period of second half we played better, but still along way from CFC standard, they should/could have won 4-

Agree a period of second half we played better, but still along way from CFC standard, they should/could have won 4-1I meant by tactics our approach of the game in terms of how players position on the field, the tempo, our defensive and offensive strategies....not the line-up. Cole coming on had nothing to do with how the match panned out, and fir the record, ashley only offered two things in the match: That goal-line clearing and awful defending for all other Napoli attacks. The performance might not have been up to CFC standards, but it was perhaps the best possible from this squad of players under those circumstances and with such low confidence and moral.
