Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

1- being young is not a good reason to support a manager.

2- our squad is not as bad as some of you try to picture.

3- his signings were Meirelres, a stupid one, and Mata, a player that the manager still doesnt know whats his position on the pitch. The rest, like Lukaku, were club signings.

4- he is not the heart of any kind of revolution, its a club revolution and it will happen regardles the managers.

- You are behind him because you are the kind of guy that thinks asking for a managers head is a ugly thing.

1)I did not say I support him because he is young. I said him being young means that he can still learn a lot and gain valuable experience, coupled with his great potential that he proved at porto could turn him into one of the best managers in the world.

2)That is matter of opinion and thus is relative to how you see it, but most members seem to agree that this is the worst squad we've had since the late 90s.

3)You left out Romeu who is an excellent talent and Curtois who is currently breaking every goalkeeping record at athletico. Mata's position is irrelevant to the fact that Andre had the vision and eye for talent to bring here one of our best signings in along while, though I could argue that mata's position "crisis" is due to our thin squad.

4)I did not say he is the heart of the revolution but rather at the heart of it. Diference: He is not the one that started it and leading it through, but rather a person who has been here from the start working to understand our problems in order to help plan the best way to see it through. Which led me to the claim that bringing a new manager would be wasting another 7 months because he would have to go through what Andre had since he came here.

-The last sentence I don't really understand..

Oh, so one full season where he is proving to be a pathetic manager is not enough to realize he is not the right man? You should at least say you are not sure about his future, but insisting he must be given another season is not a wise thing.

I do want him to have another season, for sure. Come on, he's not that bad that he shouldn't be given a second chance, he's not some idiot that was taken off the street and done no research on (United singing Bebé analogy :D). He did brilliant with Porto, not just in their league but in the Europa League too, remember he did win that tournament. He's had faults, but what's not to suggest he won't learn from them? I hold a hope of him correcting the flaws of this season, next.

I try to stay in touch with the potential transfer targets that CFC's scouts are following in Europe. Often this season its been an exciting diversion between watching Chelsea's erratic performances. Two examples: Have any of you seen Joe Cole working on loan at Lille this season? It's the Joe of five years ago - speeding around the pitch with Edin Hazard, bubbling with confidence, taking the ball through tackles, firing in crosses and grabbing as many shots at goal as Hazard himself. The other champagne brand I've become hooked on is Borussia Dortmund. Chelsea took a long look at their centre back Neven Subotic two seasons ago, when Dortmund won the Bundesliga with a team in which the oldest player was 25. Watching them thump Bayern in Munich earlier this season, all I could see was a young coach Jurgen Klopp, two centre backs Subotic and Mats Hummels, and a team that attacked non-stop with the verve of underdogs proving to the German World Cup veterans in the Directors boxes that a new era had arrived. They're doing it again this season. Do yourselves a favour and check out Lille and Dortmund. This is what we'd love to be seeing at the Bridge right now.

I have to disagree, because he looks like one. I was excited about him in the beginning but I realized he is a fraud.

Lmao! Okay I do understand your frustrations, but I do want him to have another season to turn things around. He's on a 3-year contract, and I'm sure sacking him will cost us sums we couldn't begin to fathom for a case like this. Not saying that's a a factor in why I want him to stay, but it's a valid point.

I think you wont be unhappy if we sack him and bring Mourinho, Hiddink, Joachin Lown, but you wont say so, otherwise you could sound plastic or glory hunter.

Wow, that's actually pretty accurate. Of course I have doubts about andre, I think it's only normal. And although I would probably wet my pants with joy if Low came, I firmly believe that right now, sticking with andre is the right choice for the long run ( I think :P )

I'm going to be straight, brining back Jose or even Hiddink would be a disaster for us in the long term. We must move on from the old guard and the old image otherwise we will just go down and down. Brining back Jose or Hiddink will just fill the big egos of the old guard.

bullshit, when the fuck did he play them ? Most of those guys, save romeu, were club buys or already here. He's no different than anyone else and we're giving him too much credit. I fully believe Mourinho would play them just as much if not more than AVB. He's after success not sentiment, if you dont perform you are benched, that simple. He gests the best out of people and that will be the case with our youth.

what is bullshit ,,,and you need not underline everything ,,,

The reason why i think he must go is because he does not see how SHIT our squad is, He always says that the squad got immense quality! (oh god im tired of hearing that)

Yes i know you cant change like 5 players in january but he failed last summer keeping the likes of Kalou, Malouda, Bosingwa etc etc.

Besides signing Mata has he done anything positive to Chelsea Football Club?

Yeah but he talks so quietly cant hear what the fuckers saying. Mourinho was better, toyed wiv da meeja.

Seriously AVB has a lot of faults. Crap subsititutions and same wank formation.

I dont feel sorry for him at all, anybody who keeps playing Malouda and Bosingwa asks for everything he gets,If he would of come out and said he was going to give the youth a chance 90 % of fans would of understood,This style of play has got to be the most boring ive ever watched us play and ive watched some shit, Its the fans who travel and spend there hard earned money i feel sorry for.

No doubt that it's the fans who can barely afford a ticket that are suffering the most. While these players are paid millions that they don't deserve for the performances.

There are very few of them that actually put in 100%. They walk about the pitch expecting things to happen instead of trying to make it happen.
