This is the stage where we fans should support our manager.The man is under pressure and needs to prove his doubters wrong.Some of them are present in this forum and well my advice to you guys is just wait till the end of the season and then judge him.A change in manager at this stage will not fix anything and will only lead to more problems.Some may feel that its time for a change but I urge everyone to keep on supporting our talented manager.We want longevity but yet we still call for change halfway through the season,it just can't happen.Stick with AVB and keep the faith.

Well look, the last time we won a game in the league it was 1-0 against Sunderland (i think), and we wernt even good in that, Bentdner should of scored, and then we drew shit loads more games, Swansea we should of lost. It's just getting really stupid now, are you confident in us winning another game?, i'm not because i don't know if will draw or play like shit today and lose, the consistency is really driving me nuts.

Nah exactly we werent that good and you'd think the players would've looked at that performance and thought hmmm we need to step things up.Instead next game they played even worse!

Not if he keeps playing the same team not confident of us winning.Needs a shake up.Torres aint scoring..so dont waste time!Bos is just there to make up numbers so already like playing with 9!

It's the same predicament of AVB. He looked awesome when he was at Porto, till he got here.

What makes you think it will not be the same with any new manager?

Well look, you don't know anything, we don't know anything, we can only assume and go by a probability for example it's pretty likely he will do well here, like it's very likely Mourinho will do well at Barcelona, but it's not a fact,and you don't know that, he could do terrible there who the fuck knows.

AVB was never totally proven, when i voted him and wanted him it was more gamble type, as for Redknapp he's the best motivator in the league, and Guardiola is the same, quality in some of the decisions he's made for Barca, and good and rotation and bringing new players in, if Guardiola came to Chelsea with this team, i think it's likely that the players would be playing better than they are now, because of other examples at his past club, but he's not the best example because Barcelona is an extroadinary club, so lets swap with Redknapp, with West Ham and Portsmouth, almost all the teams he has managaed he has taken them to top half of the table, all the time. And i think if he was at Chelsea we would be doing a lot better, than AVB is doing at the moment.

I remember when Falcao said that AVB was a great motivator, and that gave so much motivation for the final in the Europa League.

Forget AVB out....He should have never been IN.

He inherited a team at academica for half a season.

Then he inherited a smashing team at porto for a season.

What made our board think that this guy was the right man to REBUILD our club? You are giving a manager with relatively no experience a "project" to manage ageing players and rebuild a club??

Gambling is never too good.

He cant motivate players, has changed fuck all since he has come. He might not be a bad manager for Porto, as the personalities might have been easier to manage or whatever, but AVB and RDM both are not worthy of such a big Job.

I didnt like his appointment in the beginning of the season and have been slated by Some Fans here who dont agree with AVB are plastic.

Ferguson was a One off. Not every manager who is shite will become like ferguson, because ferguson lost alot in the beginning etc etc.

I hope he shows signs that he can manage at the top level and can mould big personalities and command respect and fear.

ATM I hope he doesnt get the chance for his 'project' next season.

PS : When Mata was subbed today, I could almost read his mind.... Thinking that AVB has fucking lost it,....best player on the pitch being subbed.

I'm still 60-40 on keeping him here simply because firing him will set us back by at least a couple of seasons and we won't be able to attract a top manager anyway. And becoz I think he can do a much better with a better squad.

However, he's doing an absolute nightmare of a job in managing this 'transition' and I'm fast losing faith:

- He continues making those baffling subs

- His line ups dont change, he continues to play people out of postion and yet the expects different outcomes

- He won't give youngsters a chance, even though we got some great talent on the bench.

He increasingly looks to me like a stubborn fella who is unwilling to admit his mistakes and make amends. Sometimes being stubborn works in the long run, but given what we have at stake this season he needs to change his approach.

he was right, he is really 'Shit one'.

He was right and he predicted correctly that one day he won't have as talented squad as he had with Porto... and he predicted right, he will be the one blamed. Prophetic if you ask me.

He didn't inherit much of a team at Chelsea.Judge him next season when he will choose the players in his team and play the style of football hes been trying to implement for more than half a season.
