Bosnian Blue 2,471
They didn't deserve the day off. AVB must change something radically if he wants to keep his job.
manpe 10,861
They didn't deserve the day off.Exactly. If it is true, then it's another evidence of player power. They already got their vacation in Mallorca, now after putting in a diabolical performance they think they deserve a day off (sunday or not, it doesn't matter). I bet if it was Mourinho doing that they would all be happy to have another day around their God. But since it's from the dailymail, I wouldn't look too much into it. Kojo 4,676
Looks like Andre has to finish 4th or else, he must try and get all the players he can, if we can get De Bruyne back, i doubt it but if so GET HIM, and recall Benayoun because we can i think, need all the help we can get and a squad with options. Kezza 1,965
Does anybody have a clear cut image of Chelsea in the future?Seems to me in 5 years we'll have John from accounts subbing on Lampard against Man U.

zolayes 14,489
I just say that at the start of the season most of us (including me) felt that Benayoun isn't needed at chelsea and were backing the decision to loan him out. So it's not fair to blame our Manager..I would never loan Arsenal anything ,,and pre season yossi looked good
Idiot 71
I would never loan Arsenal anything ,,and pre season yossi looked goodThat they loaned him to Arsenal is something I don't appreciate either and he looked good. but we were hunting an outstanding midfielder and it seemed like we would get one so they loaned him out. Because of the Squad Rules his spot was required. It's not AVB fault that our board (again) fucked it up
cchuka 99
Its not AVB's faultYou cant polish a turd, and our current team is quite sh*tI can only fault him in not addressing our deficiencies in the January transfer window, hopefully he makes up for it in the summer, if not..... Tomo 21,751
Looking at some comments previous on this thread im finding it pretty funny how Anelka is all off a sudden a footballing messiah, he has been just as frustrating to watch in the last year and a half than anyone and keeping him would not have solved the problem.
