Can't wait for Jimmy Liddel's commentary. Should be a blast

Demba Ba, Caballero, Delaney, Gayle. They should be decorated at some point. True heroes.

Having watched Juve under both Conte & Allegri, what is your honest opinion? What Juve do you think it was the best? The one under Conte or this Juve under Allegri? I know Conte had a terrific record in Serie A with Juve & only 6-7 losses in over 100+ matches, but there was a lot of matches that ended in a draw as well. Does Conte have trouble with unlocking packed defences? And how is he as a coach - goes for another goal after his team opens the score, or does he tend to protect that score and hit on the counter attack? Another question would be - what about his personality? How is Conte during press conferences? Is he conflictual? Or is he calm? Tends to get irritated at the very first "stupid" question? Likes to regard himself as better than everyone? I know he left Juventus because the club did not want to pump money into the team, but was there any locker room problems as well? Did the players get fed up with his tactics and wanted him to leave? And one final question - Given Chelsea's current situation, if you would have to choose between Conte and Allegri, who do you think would be a better fit for Chelsea? Who do you think would be the fastest to bring Chelsea back to challenging for EPL title? Conte or Allegri?

More of Hazard - Willian - Pedro please. Keep Oscar away from our Chelsea.
-
Lucho rocked that khaki Replay jacket last night.
-
Well if Contes the chosen one & indeed favours a two-striker formation, then he better use it the right way and go with two bloody strikers. Two pure centre forwards. Hopefully the Chelsea board does not impose him to use something to suit Oscar because quite frankly I'd be going mental. Enough is enough, we've already lost a brilliant player in Kevin De Bruyne because of Mourinhos love for Oscars work rate and shit. Flog him to fucking China and let's get over with it. Four years in this country and he is horse shite. No need to rebuild around him.
-
If City did put all those youngsters out there just to show The FA and BBC they have bigger balls then they should fuck right off and find excuses somewhere else. We've played Liverpool with Suarez at Anfield three days before a bloody Champions League semifinal decider against Atletico Madrid, one of the best teams in world football at that point, and it wasn't the end of the world for us. Now they go to Kiev to face Nobody FC and play the victim card, like a day off would do any wonders. What if they draw Barcelona next? Ask for a month off? Postpone at least 6-7 of their fixtures prior to that game? Thoroughly enjoyed this. We're better off without Oscar.
-
We're probably away at Everton, United at home against Reading and Arsenal/Hull at home vs Palace.
-
He barely scores and has like 12 assists in six years since he's been playing in Serie A. It is more than 200 official matches so this makes it one assist at every 15-16 games. Knows only how to run & tackle and picks up yellow cards for fun. Now explain me why would he be any different from Ramires?
-
Ramires with a mohawk is the last thing we need. Last game in Paris has shown us that if we are to rebuild then we need modern centre backs, comfortable on the ball to play out of defence and a set of midfielders with exquisite technique that can press high up the pitch, cope under pressure, dominate that area by having the ball most of the time etc. Nainggolan? He represents the industrial part of the game. What he can do, Matic, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek can do better.

Conte is a decent manager, but if indeed it's between him and Simeone now, then I think I'd be dissapointed if Chelsea gets to appoint him over Cholo. It's not only about managerial skills, it's also about the fact that we need someone to attract top players too and Simeone fits that bill.
-
Midgetland HAHAHHAHAHAAHAH
-
Don't laugh at me but I actually think that he's Chelsea's best defender as long as you keep him away from going forward and crossing like a nutter. He's no full back nowadays, he can't deal with pacey wingers anymore. Terry and Ivanovic should be the centre backs as soon as JT is fit again.
-
Four matches in 11 days for City, three of which are an away game in Ukraine, one Cup Final at Wembley and an away game at Anfield. Them fans at bluemoon all talk about Pellegrini saying he'll give youth a chance and there's plenty of youngsters in their predicted line-ups. This trophy is our last chance to silverware this season and Hiddink has made this competition our No. 1 priority. He'll put the best team out there no doubt about it. We should go through on Sunday if they indeed rest their best players.
-
I don't think we should give up already just because we can't keep a clean sheet nowadays. Chelsea was in the same situation back in 2014 and overcame a two goal deficit. Now it's only one goal and frankly even if we concede, there is enough firepower in our team to score not one, but even two goals at home and go to extra time. We've had our fair share of chances last night, two of them big opportunities, Diego 1v1 and Diego's header and that makes me feel confident going into the game at The Bridge.
-
I bet Pedro used to laugh at Chelsea's tactics in the Barcelona dressing room, yet he did everything "the Chelsea way" tonight and worked his ass off like a true blue. Meanwhile Hazard only went to Paris for some interviews and that's about it. Pretty sure he could have called in sick and conduct those interviews from London. He looked uninterested and this is why maybe a manager like Simeone would be a hit here because he does not allow players to switch off like that. You are either with us, or against us. There is no in-between.
-
I had no expectations whatsoever, but you are too dramatic I feel. This was an away game and Paris have some record at home in this competition. Madrid have played there back in October and did not even score.
-
They spout a lot of shit in that TV show so better take it with a pinch of salt. That guy spreading the rumour is the former Marca director and now the owner of that digital outlet okdiario.com. To me it seems that he's just scraping through that El Confidencial article leftovers. There's nothing new in what he says, El Confidencial came up with this story last week.
-
When there is no expectations, there can't by any dissapointments. I'll just enjoy what's left because it's going to be a long time without Champions League football.
-
Tuned into Sunderland vs United six or seven minutes after it had started. Didn't see the line-ups. 85 minutes in Schneiderlin gets subbed off and I swear to God it left me speechless. I had absolutely no idea he was on the pitch. And it's not the first time. I've never seen a player dissapear during a game like this guy does on a weekly basis. What an absolute fraud. Just like the other donkey Depay.
-
How is this advertised in Newcastle? Match of the decade? The Champions League Final they'll never reach? Because it seems they turn from utter crap into Barcelona everytime they play Chelsea. And then the next round get battered by the likes of Norwich or Stoke.
-
Yes, they are right. Viitorul sold Manea's economic rights (100%) to Pini Zahavi through an offshore company called Apollon Football (Public) Limited for 2.5 million euros. Now Apollon Limassol in Cyprus is his "mother" club and was loaned in Belgium for the season. It's all about 3rd party ownership here and Hagi, Viitorul's owner, sold his rights to the highest bidder. That's why we didn't hear anything from Chelsea regarding this transfer.

Spike hit all the right spots in his comment. Griezmann would do just fine in EPL IMHO. Tune into Liverpool's next match and watch Roberto Firmino closely. Believe me, it's been years since EPL has not had such a pussy of a football player. He's like a ballerina, never goes into a tackle, always runs from every contact like he is a fucking fashion model and his legs must be shaved and clean from any scratch all the time. If this guy can cut it here, Griezmann will have no problems. And trust me, there's a lot of physicality in training with Diego Simeone. Luciano Vietto couldn't handle his training methods at first, always threw up after every session.
