We need to win this, and if Spuds lose against Sunderland, which is more possible since Martin took over, then we have a better chance to get that fourth spot come monday. We keep out Moses, we keep out Wigan!

Stumbled upon this while googling about former Chelsea youth, here's an article about a post made from former youth Sam Tillen and what JT did for him, shows how caring he really is for the youth! http://www.whoateallthepies.tv/chelsea/109807/former-chelsea-youth-players-candid-account-reveals-another-less-gimpish-side-to-john-terry.html It is old, but still....

I think Didi will be VITAL for the Barca game.
-
Albrighton, Barkley and aload of OUR youth should be the English backbone we need.

We went for the counter attack which was obvious from the start, but there was no attacking threat from us. I hate to be that guy, but Kalou wasn't the right choice tonight - thought Danny could have added more, and Mikel was god awful defending wise. He seemed to lose our defensive line when JT came off, especially from the set-piece which we conceded from - i could see JT going around smacking people on the back of the head of everyone that 'defended' for the poor positioning. We had luck with a referee, and our finishing wasn't superb - tactically i felt we were brilliant, just the players didn't play there role 100%. Lampard played well as the DMC, and Mata was definite man of the match, for the sub it shouldn't have been him off for Raul, but Mikel, i could see why Roberto made the change though, and he deserves plaudits for that decision. Benfica were brilliant, especially in comparison, and we looked out for a card-happy referee and the loss of discipline.

I see him more of a second-striker now-a-days, working with his teams mates to help build attacks and then running into the box later then usual strikers would. I think he could feed someone with pace like Sturridge, and we could have whatHiddink did with Didi and Anelka, with Didi doing the physical work and Anelka doing the finishing, which of course didn't carrry on the next season, but at least then we have other options.

Is this one on ITV tonight??

It would be Hazard-ous to our goal next season if we cannot get Eden. We need someone with his calibre so much it uninmaginable!

The fans fucking love 'im no matter what, lol Gotta love our fans at times!

We cannot be bemused by the result between Barca and Milan. It is just another game, which needs the same mindset and dedication from the lads, like what is needed for this game, like the Napoli game, and any other game between the present and the near-future. Our season should be set on the games that we are fighting for, which is every single game. We cannot rule out ourselves, nor the opposition. We need to show the world that we are united as a unit, and ready for any challenge, and give it all we have! With Nando finding form once again, hopefully that might add more spark to our attack - and actually add a goal threat to our team, more than it has in the past couple of months,

Would be another Man City 'decent' buy, or a Newcastle one, as stated above, does show some kind of talent. We do need another inspirational and determined player in midfeild like a certain Brazilian gladiator.

If Milan win on Tuesday, we really need to go for it...

Attention shoul;d be on our game first, but i do agree that, we can beat anyone if the team is motivated and determined for the win. Maybe it sounds a little cliche to say, but hey-ho, there is a long way to go till May and there is still so much we can do this season. Fa Cup, Champions League and the fourth spot - just three targets. -
Rebuilding of Chelsea and players who you want out or in?

Depends if Roberto gets the job or not. So far, Nando has put more work into his performances under Roberto then with either AvB or Carlo, and i could see some buys happening in shape of Hazard, etc. but it does really depend on if he gets the job. Personally, i see no reason why he shouldn't, his work has gotten us results from the get go, and there is an admition of respect throughtout the locker-room because he is someone with a past at the club. -
The motivation key: "Either you score, or i am going to let Luiz be you hair-stylist!"

Roberto really has seem to brought out another side in Nando, how many assists has he gotten under his regime? Add the three goals, and maybe there is a few more between now and the end of the season
-
Time for a nice reminder that we are still alive and kicking in the Premier League. We need to add some pressure at least on the fourth spot, then just giving in. Would rather lose the fourth spot with an amazing run of wins during the climax, then lying back and taking a beating.
-
I think Josh and Lucas can. But, Lucas isn't on loan and seems to be the only viable competition for the 'role' of being the back-up to Mata.
-
Was shoked to see him on the team sheet on the BBC website. Maybe he could get somemore minutes with Roberto in charge.
-
I am sure i read somewhere about how he is happy to have a manager that believes in him or something, which could be a main factor for his sudden rise in confidence. Hopefully this would give him more of a sharpness in hisgame, and some few goals benefit from it. I still believe he could add something - but it is more down to making his mark before the marksman sets his target.

*cough* Piazon *cough*
