Amazing attacking performance, even in the second half we did some good movements, with some passes going just a little further then needed - but someone needs to tell Luiz to step trying to be like Alex with the freekick, a defender who can score them! Hazard is so a better choice but Juan is the main one i want to see to step up more often this season, since Lamps has been using them to test his power against the opposition wall then scoring! Eden Hazard is going to be amazing! Also, what was the chant the crowd was singing to Phil O'Dowd after Torres's card? Something about his weight but what exactly was chanted?

I think he is going to be used as a 'tactical-player' by Roberto against players who haven't really used to his fast closing down, or pase when chasing down, or to come on when the opposition are tired and/or if we are playing counter. He is such a great player, but like it was being said before the 4-2-3-1 doesn't suit him, but if we played like we did today (4-3-3 kind of formation) he have the freedom to charge forward like he does so perfectly!

RVP, Rooney, Welbeck, Berbatov and then Hernandez, got a large amount of strikers with the latter two not really being consitent enough nor good enough to compete imo, especially when they have Macheda, and some other young strikers who will have one good game and then be highly touted as the next God of football. Wouldn't want him here, but could see him go to a team like Sunderland in a surprise deal or something like that and then score a large amount of goals. Or maybe i am being deluded, you guys choose

Rather ahave sammy on the right-back position, but i could see Roberto making the same decision - this should have been the team (attacking wise) that should have started for us!

Poor game performance. Defense seemed to have there balls chopped off when Ivan got sent off, for a pretty stupid challenge, especiall from someone like hismelf. Nice to see Torres score, i think if he is given the chances he will make them count, and nice to see him trying to make runs - but needs to curve around players except for running into them and hoping they would flop over undoubtly. Mikel was annoying to watch, and just doesn't know how to pass forward - at all. Think we might have gotten something out of it if Ivan didn't get sent off, and if Daniel started instead of Ramires - not a big fan of Rambo on the wings.

I ahte it that we have a new squad (well, essentially) and yet most key players haven't been here for pre-season. We are left with the same questions now as we did before Seattle, with other questions being asked and more faults coming into alignment!
