The last Italian manager we had was Viallia who became our mosr succesful manager ever, before Mourinho came in, and i firmly believe Carlo can overcome that if given the time. The most logival decision that could be made, by Roman and the board, would be t give Carl his final year on his contract and then wait and see the overall conclusion.
