  1. Want to do it in logical steps, simple. Wait till the f'ing season is over and then see what Carlo and Roman do. Patience is a virtue to those who wait, but no to those who want.
  2. Looks funny without the capitals looks like i ws talking about the sun as in the closest star in our solar system, not the crappy newspaper whose essie-meenie-minnie-moo on Chelsea's 'targets' and the over inflatuated price, and the hidden judgement that is written in the last paragraphs. Cunts.
  3. The superiority of Chelsea to West Ham, and it was a suggestion. He would have the oppertunity to earn some experience as a reserve team manager, working with competitive games. And in his tenure at the club, he really didn't have that much of a succesful one. G W D L % 80 23 21 36 28.75 Imo, that isn't good enough for a Premier League football club. Probably it is wrong for me to say that, but that is my opionion. If he did manage the youth/reserve it would give him the chance to evaluate the youth and the talent that he could potential use IF he became manager. Our reserve squad should be enough of a challenge, especially facing the likes of Arsenal and Man Utd. Of course, all this is saying if he becomes coach or not. Hell, can he have the right attitude that is needed to succeed in such a high profile role? Also, he coached the U-21 with Casiraghi. We don't 100% know who did what, to be honest. And the international scene is different then competitive league football.
  4. You buy too players for £70m, and they expect you to do so again! Huh.
  5. Coach isn't manager/head coach, by the way Be something like a Youth Team coach, helping the youth or something. Probably the best, then he can become youth manager and then reserve and then first team. Climb the ranks and earn experience at the same time (tactically, and want not), and even let him sit in the dug-out as well.
  6. Hopefully as he was his first choice minion, he will give him the neccessary time that he didn't too the 'others'. :eyebrows:
  7. And not £50 million worth world stars all the time Ie, we can get more players in if others leave first, a preductive summer ahead?
  8. Didn't we beat Man Ure three times last season (Charity shield, SB and OT)?
  9. Fucking madrid is turning into a Man Citeh mark 2, ecept with an endless supply of midfeilders instead of forwards. Wonder who will be the team with the endless supply of goalkeepers
  10. You do know that the whole league this season has been super tight then any other?
  11. He uses technique, power and curl, whereas Lampard mostly uses power, or did.
  12. Alex is the tank! And that is for good reason
  13. Congrats Tomo, you have certainty kept the forum alive more with your discussions. Some bliming good uns too
  14. When someone makes a superman with expectation, only those who made the superman will be dissapointed when superman can't fly.
  15. Yes, but i am hoping that Roman still has some little faith in Carlo. It doesn't really matter what we think, it's all about the big man's decision. But, like i said, you can only hope Roman chooses the right decision, and leads the club in the right direction, unlike that summer. (Releasing players and not getting any cover for the wholes in the team.)
  16. When Roman over powers Carlo to sign players
  17. And ask Roman how much he has invested to make the academy and the youth system one of the best in the world? I don't think Roman is someone who will want to see his investments go down the drain, especially with the reported £300 million invested for the youth, and i think he would be wanting to see it at work.
  18. I can see Josh becoming a god send in pre-season, earning the right for the start of the new season and pushing on from there. That is IF Carlo is still around. Stability is the only way can go through a transition with the youth, and build integrity within the squad.
  19. I think it's time for Christine Bleakley to show Lamps some 'moves' to work on the pitch
  20. I thought Kalou wouldn't perform that well today. Had a feeling, especially with what is happening in his country and with his family.
  21. David Luiz is 23, and as one of Benfica's best players when he was there. He came in for £23 million, i don't think he is 'youth'. But, that is an example that players, such as Luiz, who was bought only in January and hasn't 100% adjusted to the different football styles in the leagues are judged so immaturely and have too high expectations on their heads. Ramires is another exampe, for months he was a scapegoat and now he is clearly to work-horse of our midfeild. Like Torres, i see Luiz's season to start next season, where he will become 100% familar with the style from pre-season and has had a better and stronger taste for the league's styl of footbal as well as the teams. He has already shown us the potential he has to perform in the league, but we can't expect for him to be doing that 100% of the time - especially in his 'first' season. Bruma's mistake against Aston literally made him vanish from being able to break into the squad, and where he has now go on loan to a Championship team. From being one of the brightest prospects to topping some peoples 'what could have been list'. Look at Borini, brighting up the Championship and showing his worth, yet looks certain to leave the club - all because the board misjudged his talent.
  22. Imo, Ivan is an excellent tackler but hasn't got the pace to track back as a right back after being dispossed, thus causing him to make some rash decisions. That is the only problem i can say about Ivan, sometimes he goes into the tackle with too much power and gets lucky sometimes. In centre back, he has the time and space to analyse the attacker more then the right back. Luiz is pacey, and presses well, but sometimes too hard. But he has amazing momentum when he goes forward, and has a good pass, as seen in the Man City game. With him forward, also, means he can have some more chances on goal.
