I think it was ok. It was a big match, big emotions, I don't expect players to act like robots. Don't be like Adebayor when he ran 70 metres to celebrate his goals in front of Arsenal supporters to provoke them, but what Mata did or Luiz when he scored against us is fine.

He is a Chelsea legend already, no doubt about it. He is gone now, but who knows maybe he will be back someday.

He may had aspirations elsewhere, but Hazard gave us nearly a decade of elite performances. The majority of which he held a heavy burden given the lack of quality we had. 
For me personally, he is more talented than Zola. I'd have Hazard as our best LW ever.    
 

But to become a legend it helps to be a fan. Like JT who left to the 2nd league only not to have to play us. Hazard will thus never be in that category even though he is arguably in the top 10 of club legends. Lampard, Drogba, JT all had offers to leave the club at a similar age as Hazrd does now, pretty much on the peak of their careers but they choose to stay. In the end they won the Champions League here. That is also what made that title feel so special.

You are right of course, but there are no friends in football. 
This is hardly his retirement, so he’s making a rival - all top clubs are or should be our rivals - stronger. 
And if we build a good team that can challenge cL in the near future, hazard will very much be a rival, despite all the history behind.
While this is a fair move to him, it is also not good for the club esp during a ban. That’s why footballers aren’t and can’t be fans... he’s thinking about his career and himself, not the club. As he should.

I think he's tired of going in and out of the starting XI, his last season at Chelsea and his entire career at United. I think he'll move somewhere he's guaranteed to start, maybe a return to Valencia is on the cards.

I really miss Ash. How long since we've had a proper full-back like him at his prime? An absolute monster at attacking and just as good if not better defensively.

So many mixed reactions. I thought he was very impressive. Few dodgy crosses but apart from that was very impressed. Naturally attacking LB. Made several good runs and with more matches think he will excel. Looking forward to seeing him and Hazard link up more. Will help Hazard.

Neither Villa nor Eto'o had a season as good as Drogba in 09/10 when he finally played under a proper attack minded manager. Drogba's the best big game player of his generation, show some respect.
Drogba had technical ability & intelligence in abundance which is why he regularly topped the assist charts during his spell here.

Bullshit. Drogba's goal record was low simply because he played under a defensive manager that was content with 2 nil & he continuously fell out with multiple managers. He was more talented than both Eto'o & Villa. Not even debatable which is why his peak was higher.

Shame on you all, you should at least say welcome to the club for a fellow Chelsea fan.
I don't care about a few mills, if he's fails, not a big loss, if he turns out well, we found a jewel.

Mikel needs to play. We need more defensive solidarity at the minute. Him playing would take an unreal amount of pressure off of Matic, whose own form is suffering because of how badly Fabregas is performing.

Honestly I don't like the home kit, but considering the money Yokohama is paying, I'm willing to hypnotize myself and fall in love it it

Maybe they'll get rid of 'Tyres' in 1-2 years time when everyone realize Yokohma is a tyre company. Its not like everyone knows about the brand already.
