  1. He should of gone on loan to the Championship rather than sticking around with the Chelsea reserves.
  2. We thumped them 4-1 because Guus had quality players throughout the team. We had Lampard & Essien in midfield, and that front-line of Anelka, Drogba, Malouda was so powerful. Chelsea: Cech, Bosingwa (Ivanovic 77), Alex, Terry, Ashley Cole, Essien, Mikel, Lampard, Anelka, Drogba, Malouda (Ballack 88). Our current team is no match for the Chelsea of 2009.
  3. Well...if we played like a team, we wouldn't be stuck in 14th spot on the ladder. Unfortunately, we have too many overpaid individuals
  4. We're not going to sign 8 new players in one transfer window. Realistically, I'd be happy with 1 new fullback, 1 new CB and a new midfielder.
  5. I think that game at Stamford Bridge where Mourinho subbed him on and then subbed him off within 20 minutes ruined him mentally. He was the star of our midfield last season and now he can't even put in a 6/10 performance (apart from the Kiev games)
  6. Bamford should be sold as I don't think he'll ever be good enough for Chelsea.
  7. Signing Rudi Garcia would be like giving AVB a second chance...bottom line: neither of them are good enough to be manager of Chelsea fc. The only options I see out there: Simeone, Pellegrini, Rodgers, Conte (after euro-2016), De Boer (would require a massive shake up)
  8. If only Oscar had a bit more vision and flair to his game, he would be able to take that next step and become a consistent threat in our attack As for RLC, it's obvious that the manager and coaching staff rate his potential but as Mourinho said in pre-season, RLC has to work harder off the ball if he wants to break through at Chelsea
  9. Why would Stones want to join us? We're in a mess, no UCL football next season, no quality manager lined up, no distinct playing style
  10. There's no point signing Chicharito, he would be ineligible to play for another club as he has already played for two clubs (United and Leverkusen) this season.
  11. Hopefully Juve are still interested in him...
  12. Time to give Kenedy a run in the team, he's always done well when called upon
  13. If Bamford was to play for Chelsea against West Brom, he wouldn't be able to play for another club this season.
  14. How are they run? Because from what I've seen, most EPL clubs have given a chance to at least one youngster/reserve in this round of the FA Cup. I hope for Hiddink's sake, none of our key players get injured...otherwise, we could be screwed for the rest of the season
  15. Great to see Solanke amongst the goals. If he doesn't make it, we may as well shut down the academy
  16. Coming to an EPL club as an unproven youngster may be career suicide but you can't blame a 16 or 17 year old kid for moving to England and gaining access to a nice pay packet, good living conditions as well as a decent social life outside of football. I hope for Charly Musonda's sake, he proves himself on loan and earns a permanent move away from Chelsea. He'll be wasted like Pogba if he stays here
  17. Hopefully, it'll be Kenedy/Baba at LB with Traore filling in for Willian on the right wing. I'm not expecting RLC to start
  18. Mourinho did a favour for Jorge Mendes (super agent) by signing Falcao on loan for the season. He's still here because no other European club is stupid enough to pay his wages
  19. If we needed an emergency player, we could have asked Middlesbrough to terminate the Kalas loan deal (like Liverpool are doing with their loaned out players due to significant injuries in their first team)
  20. I still don't understand why we signed him. This has to be one of the most pointless transfers I've ever seen Also, according to the L'Equipe article, Stuttgart aren't interested in buying, they want a 12-18 month loan deal
  21. There was no bid for Lacazette: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/transfers/a6798936.html He'll probably move after Euro 2016 for around 30-35 million depending on how many clubs are interested
  22. Unless the new manager doesn't want to keep Drogba as a coach, why would he leave?
  23. Stones, Rodriguez and Witsel are realistic. Isco won't be short of offers if he decides to leave Madrid and Griezmann ain't leaving Atletico unless we can convince Simeone to be our new manager. I would also add Wanyama to the list. Big, physical DM, loves to tackle and press, knows how to pass the ball He's keen on moving on from Southampton, he's proven in the EPL...apparently they want 20 million for him, maybe we can give them cash + one of the fringe loan players
  24. He would need to take a wage cut in order to move to England as I don't see many clubs matching those Zenit wages
